Would you like to understand yourself better so that you can feel better and get more of what you want in life? I help with the range of problems that people can have -- depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, spiritual conflicts, and relationship problems -- or whatever is troubling you. I don't see couples with Domestic Violence issues because I don't have experience in that area.
We'll begin by listening deeply to your thoughts, feelings, and needs as you are comfortable sharing them. Together we can find solutions to your problems. We may choose to learn some simple and effective relaxation methods, empowering communication skills, and techniques to heal childhood hurts. All of this works together for good self esteem, good energy, and a good life.
