If life feels heavy right now, you don’t have to carry it alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, burnout, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to finally exhale, feel understood, and begin moving forward with clarity and confidence. I believe healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and genuinely supported. As a compassionate and engaged therapist, I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck, while creating practical, meaningful change that helps you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, but also honest and growth-oriented. I’ll gently challenge you when needed, helping you step beyond survival mode and into a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, and what you truly need to thrive. You don’t have to navigate this season of life on your own. Change is possible, and you deserve support that helps you feel more connected, confident, and aligned with who you are. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Taking the first step into therapy is a significant decision, and I want our initial time together to feel both purposeful and welcoming. I view our first session as the start of a collaborative partnership, a dedicated space where we are getting to know each other. During this meeting, we will focus on three key areas: • Building Rapport: Above all, this is an opportunity for us to connect. It’s important that you feel comfortable and seen, ensuring that my personality and approach are the right fit for your unique journey. • Comprehensive Assessment: We will explore what brings you to therapy in this season of your life. By understanding your history and current challenges, I can begin to identify which of my integrative tools will best support your goals. • Clear Expectations: We will walk through the "housekeeping" together, reviewing consents to treatment and my practice policies so that you feel fully informed and secure in the therapeutic process from day one

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I pay close attention to who you are, what matters to you, and what you need in the moment. Sometimes that means helping you build practical coping tools and grounding skills. Other times it means slowing down, making space for hard emotions, or helping you untangle patterns that no longer serve you. I pull from approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but I use them in a flexible, human way, not as scripts or rigid formulas. I also understand how deeply our culture, identity, relationships, and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world. You don’t have to leave those parts of yourself at the door. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood in the fullness of who you are. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing isn’t about “fixing” you, because you are not broken. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and create a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and aligned with who you truly are.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or simply carrying more than they’ve let others see. They’re often used to holding everything together for everyone else, but deep down, they’re craving a space where they can finally let their guard down and feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. Many of the people I work with feel like the people around them don’t fully “get it,” or they’ve spent so long minimizing their own needs that they’re not even sure where to begin anymore. They don’t necessarily have to have all the answers or know exactly what they need, they just have to be open to showing up for themselves and willing to explore what healing and growth could look like. I especially enjoy working with older teens and adults who are ready to reconnect with themselves, build healthier patterns, and move toward becoming the version of themselves they know is possible. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, burnout, trauma, or simply trying to find your footing again, therapy can be a place where you no longer have to carry it all alone.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I take an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that your treatment should be as unique as you are. By drawing from a versatile toolkit including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused therap, I tailor every session to your specific goals and challenges. While I often lean into the values-based work of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I remain flexible to your needs in the moment. Whether we are building a concrete DBT skill or focusing on future solutions, the modality always follows the individual I’m working with.
