Hello! My name is Chandra and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in North Carolina. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University School of Social Work (IUPUI). I help people cope with life transitions and the stress that comes along with them. I have 19 years of experience working with youth and families in various settings.
Would you like to create space for work/ life balance? Would it be helpful to learn more about the connection between your behaviors, feelings, and thoughts? Are you ready to talk about coping strategies- both those that work and learn new ones?
I work collaboratively with individuals to manage stressors, feelings of stress and anxiety, and cope with addictions. I help clients develop coping strategies that may challenge past thoughts and behaviors but lead toward the accomplishment of goals. Sometimes, it is simply reminding ourselves of what worked before and getting back on track and other times, it is about learning something never practiced before.

Life can be a lot sometimes. Between work, relationships, family expectations, social pressures, and trying to figure out who you are and where you're headed, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Maybe you're constantly overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, feeling emotionally drained, or wondering why you feel stuck even when everything seems fine on the outside. You might be the person everyone counts on, but rarely give yourself the same care and attention.
I'm Yilian Herrera, a licensed mental health professional, and I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or pretending you have it all figured out. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, build healthier patterns, and create meaningful changes that actually feel right for you.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, burnout, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in their own thoughts, or caught in the cycle of putting everyone else first.
You don't have to wait until you hit rock bottom to prioritize your mental health. You deserve a space to work through what's weighing on you, reconnect with yourself, and figure out what moving forward looks like, one step at a time.

Hi, I'm William.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) trained to help people find solutions to their problems and concerns. I received my Masters in Social Work from East Carolina University and I have experience working with all ages.
Do you feel the pressure of career, family, children and a world full of tremendous change? I am here to help you maneuver what can seem like a complex maze. Each of us has the power to grow and face challenges and sometimes we just need someone to listen and help us find the right direction.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I love to work with all types of people to help them live and achieve their best life. Seeking and receiving therapy can be scary for some people. But it doesn't have to be scary. Therapy should be your time to enter a place where you will feel safe and respected to share your deepest thoughts and desires. Together we will work to help you achieve your goals.
Hello, my name is Stephen Pleasant, and I'm a psychotherapist for men. Why therapy for men? Well, because sometimes a man just needs a pork shoulder to cry on. That being said, I will also work with women as well.
It’s a recognized human tendency for men to get “stuck” in their lives and to end up “settling” for the status quo when deep down they know they are capable of a great deal more. Here’s the truth; You are never “stuck” with your present circumstances.
The Game of Life is a psychological and spiritual journey and winning at this game requires you to change your play and learn to think differently and do things in a new way.
I help men break out from being “stuck” in life, resigned to producing results that are disappointing to them and others. My goal is to see transformative progress in men’s confidence, clarity, and self-expression, so that they may gain the fuller personal and work life they thought was beyond them.
You can come back from anything no matter how bad you think the situation is. It is all about your mindset. Reprogramming your mindset is the key to your success. The power of change rest in your desire to want change. I believe that people have the power to change their circumstances within themselves by changing their thought pattern first. Reprogramming your mindset is the key to your success.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.
I am a bilingual clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, depression, and anxiety. My practice is built on a fundamental belief: you possess the internal power to reflect on your life, understand yourself from new perspectives, and integrate meaningful changes.
With a deep clinical background in PTSD, domestic violence, and sexual assault, I provide a survivor-centered space that prioritizes your safety and agency. I am also passionate about psychedelic-assisted therapy and am trained in harm reduction and integration, offering a grounded, non-judgmental approach to processing non-ordinary states of consciousness.
I work using person-centered, feminist, and anti-racist frameworks, meaning I recognize that your individual challenges are often inextricably linked to the systems you live within.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of North Carolina. I received my Masters degree from Arizona State University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I believe that working together in a safe, non-judgmental environment can create space for the healing you deserve.
In my early career I worked with Child Protective Services to support the reunification of children with their biological parents. I then moved to North Carolina to continue work with keeping families together that had suffered trauma and/or behavioral issues. From there, I worked as an individual therapist working with teenagers and adults. During that time, I led groups that focused on education for women who experienced anxiety on a daily basis. Prior to the Grow Therapy platform, I worked to support adults in crisis who needed immediate psychiatric support.
