Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize mindfulness-based approaches with CBT and have been trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I help clients make full use of attentional skills to learn self-monitoring and self-regulation.

I help clients stay in the present moment as much as possible; recognize strengths and challenges; make use of a strength-based approach for motivation and self-esteem; and stay true as much as possible to their life purpose.
