Life can feel overwhelming at times. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and women navigating perimenopause. I support clients in developing emotional regulation skills and practical strategies to manage everyday challenges, with a focus on feeling more in control and confident in daily life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session focuses on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like support with. We’ll begin identifying goals and talk about how we can work together moving forward. You can share at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to discuss anything before you’re ready.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to tailor care to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Because each person’s story and goals are unique, I integrate a range of effective, research-informed strategies to tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients commonly experience therapy as supportive, collaborative, and personally relevant, with practical strategies that resonate. My approach prioritizes flexibility and intentional progress, helping clients cultivate changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, past trauma, racing thoughts, and relationship challenges, including women navigating perimenopause and related emotional changes. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, and life transitions while building skills they can use to manage the waves of life.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I’ve been using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills in my practice for the past five years to help clients manage intense emotions, reduce distress, and improve relationships. I integrate DBT-informed strategies such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to support clients in building practical, sustainable coping skills that can help you lead a more relaxed and less stressful life.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed approach in my work. Incorporating Parts work into my practice often happens organically, and clients tend to connect deeply with the language of Parts work, sometimes speaking in this language without even realizing it. This approach offers a clear and compassionate way to understand inner experiences without judgment, helping reduce inner conflict, and strengthen trust in SELF.

Somatic

I use a somatic-informed approach to help clients increase awareness of how stress, emotions, and past experiences are held in the body. By gently integrating body-based techniques such as breathwork, grounding, and movement, clients can develop greater regulation, release tension, and feel more connected to their body and sense of safety.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based practices to help clients build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences in the present moment. Through techniques such as grounding, breath awareness, and intentional attention, mindfulness supports emotional regulation, reduces stress, and helps clients respond to challenges with greater clarity and calm.
