Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have a masters degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and I received my doctorate from Liberty University, in the field of community care and counseling with a focus in traumatology. I have worked in the mental health field since 2002 and became a licensed mental health therapist in 2010.

I am very dedicated to my clients and I assist my clients to the best of my ability to achieve their therapy goals. I also believe therapy is not an extremely long period of time and I encourage my clients to work very diligently to achieve their goals in a reasonable timeframe. I want my clients to reach their goals and be able to gradually exit therapy in the best way possible.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of North Carolina. I received my Masters degree from Arizona State University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I believe that working together in a safe, non-judgmental environment can create space for the healing you deserve.
In my early career I worked with Child Protective Services to support the reunification of children with their biological parents. I then moved to North Carolina to continue work with keeping families together that had suffered trauma and/or behavioral issues. From there, I worked as an individual therapist working with teenagers and adults. During that time, I led groups that focused on education for women who experienced anxiety on a daily basis. Prior to the Grow Therapy platform, I worked to support adults in crisis who needed immediate psychiatric support.
I provide individual and family therapy using a person-centered, collaborative approach that meets you where you are—without judgment and without pressure to be “fixed.” Therapy is a partnership, and I work alongside clients to support meaningful, sustainable change.
My approach focuses on helping clients identify their strengths, increase self-awareness, recognize supports, and take accountability in ways that promote growth rather than shame. I use an eclectic, evidence-based framework, drawing from Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Counseling. Interventions are tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and lived experience.
My work is grounded in these core beliefs:
• People are doing the best they can with the skills they have.
• People are capable of change.
• People do get better.
• A strong therapeutic relationship creates safety, healing, and growth.
To maximize the benefits of therapy, I may offer practical between-session exercises to help clients apply skills in daily life. These are always collaborative and adjusted as needed.
I am a Christian counselor, and my faith informs my values of compassion, dignity, and respect. I work with clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities, and faith is incorporated into therapy only if the client requests it.
In addition to my professional role, I am a wife, lifelong learner, and mother of an autistic son, which deeply informs my empathy, patience, and understanding of caregiving, advocacy, and navigating complex systems.

My name is Ashley and I have been a therapist for 11 years now. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my pets. Therapy has a lot to do with the bond between the therapist and the client. Change really can happen if the relationship is there. Most treatment methods can be fairly applicable if you develop that relationship. If you have found that to be a struggle in the past you may of had a bad connection with your therapist.

I have 27 years of experience in the field as a clinical social worker and clinical and administrative supervisor. My clinical work has centered on providing trauma-based therapy to individuals impacted by complex trauma and PTSD. I use a trauma-informed lens in all aspects of care, helping clients stabilize, develop coping strategies and process traumatic experiences at a pace that feels safe. I draw on evidence-based approaches to guide recovery while empowering clients to regain control over their narratives and lives.
A Big Hello to you. You are scanning all these profiles. Looking for something to stand out to make you say,"I will go with this one." It is daunting but you have made it this far. Here is the tip. Your choice is not terminal. It is absolutely ok to try multiple therapists to see who gets you the best. Who understands you the best. After each session, you should feel lighter. You may not recall all that was said, but you will note how you feel. Did you feel heard? Understood? Did the therapist talk to me like they were reading a book or did it sound like they really got me? When you get the right one, those questions will be answered with a firm, Yes.
Please Note: I only provide Talk Therapy in my practice. If you are looking for letters for work, ESA, Social Security, FMLA, Family Court, etc., unfortunately I cannot help. You will need a psychological evaluation by a forensic psychologist. This agency does not provide assessments, letters for claims or appearances in court.

I am a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples counseling, and Christian counseling. My passion is helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional resilience, and purpose.

I believe in a practical, goal-oriented approach that equips clients with tools they can apply in everyday life, whether they're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions. My sessions are collaborative and supportive, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
With couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and resolving conflict in ways that foster deeper connection. I draw from evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring the process to fit each couple’s unique dynamic.
