Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a commonly known treatment modality that identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, promote practical self-help strategies, assist client's with changing or modify their behavior and regaining a control over their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT is commonly used with a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anger problems anxiety and panic attacks, bipolar disorder, depression, drug or alcohol problems, eating problems, hoarding, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and/or perinatal mental health problems.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT is commonly used with individual, family and couples therapy. The main goals is to place client's emotions and feelings as the focus of treatment. As well as strengthening their sense of self, regulating affect, and creating a new profound meaning of being.

Humanistic

Humanistic therapy approach assist the client with increasing their self-awareness of the presenting concerns. Essentially client are empowered to find and identify the best solution to their problems with the support of a therapist and additional resources if needed.

Reality Therapy

Reality Therapy is similar to choice therapy in regards to individuals having a choice to focus on the past or the present day. During therapy a client will be encouraged to focus on the present, not the past and focus on changing current behaviors and thoughts to experience more effective outcomes.
