In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session (intake session) will be focused on information gathering. We will talk about what brought you into therapy, your expectations of the therapeutic process, and your goals. It is completely okay if you do not have all the answers on day one. The whole goal is for us to figure out the things you do not have answers to together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strengths are creating a safe environment and strong therapeutic alliance. This is a judgement free zone. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into my work. Therapy is not "one size fits all." I adjust and adapt to what you need.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
This method helps to move from problems to solutions. It shifts thinking from "what I don't want" to "what I do want."
