LCSW, 6 years of experience
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who truly believes in the power of change, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. I show up with empathy, honesty, and a calm, grounded presence—offering a non-judgmental, safe space where you can be real, even when it’s hard. I specialize in family therapy, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and I bring over six years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, motivating, and empowering, and I genuinely enjoy helping others navigate their healing journey. I strive to make therapy feel like a place where you can breathe, be yourself, and even laugh a little while you heal. All I ask is that you bring your authentic self and be willing to do the work—no matter how hard it may be. I’m currently accepting new patients and would love to explore whether I might be a good fit for you—you don’t have to do this alone.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel a little nervous or unsure. Our first session will be a calm, welcoming space focused on building rapport and getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from it, and any questions or concerns you may have. This time is about understanding your story and your needs so we can begin shaping the therapy process around you—at your pace, and in a way that feels safe and supportive.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative—I meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your pace. I blend empathy with honesty, offering both emotional support and practical tools you can use in your daily life. I often bring gentle humor into our sessions because even brief moments of laughter can remind us we’re present and capable of healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
I am best positioned to serve young adults, adults, and elderly clients who are navigating life transitions, managing family dynamics, addressing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and building effective coping strategies. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, enhance self-image, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. In my practice, I focus on helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, replace them with healthier perspectives, and develop practical coping strategies to manage emotional distress. Through structured interventions such as thought records, behavioral activation, and mindfulness techniques, I guide clients toward greater emotional regulation and improved daily functioning. This approach empowers clients to gain control over their thoughts and behaviors, fostering resilience and long-term well-being.
I have found this treatment method to be successful as it emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and creating a nonjudgmental, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their feelings. The therapist is seen as a collaborative partner rather than an authority figure.
I often draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which helps clients identify their strengths, set clear goals, and build on what’s already working. This approach is positive, empowering, and practical—helping you create meaningful change in a supportive, hopeful space.

She's an absolute gem. I tried therapy before and did not feel that I could connect with therapists and she is the one that I was able to connect with. Her therapy style is very empowering and I never feel judged. It doesn't feel ingenuine either. She's done a great job at making me feel heard and understood as well as helping me create goals and achieve them for myself. Since starting sessions with her I feel that I have a new outlook on life in general.
