About me

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who offers a calm, welcoming presence and a space where clients feel safe being themselves. Many clients share that I’m easy to talk to, even when discussing difficult topics. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, ADHD, motivation, and family therapy, using a supportive and collaborative approach to help clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and lasting change. I believe healing looks different for everyone. Whether your strength comes from personal values, spirituality, faith, or simply discovering who you are, I strive to meet you where you are and support what is meaningful to you. Together, we'll work toward greater balance, resilience, and growth. I’m currently accepting new patients and would love to explore whether I might be a good fit for you—you don’t have to do this alone.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel nervous or unsure. Our first session is a calm, welcoming space focused on getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have, so we can begin shaping the process in a way that feels safe, supportive, and at your pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe therapy works best when it feels real and human. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental—I meet you where you are and move at your pace. I blend support with practical tools you can actually use, and I’m not afraid to bring in a little gentle humor when it helps. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and empowered as you grow. As a therapist who also has personal experience with ADHD, I bring both clinical knowledge and lived understanding to the challenges of focus, motivation, organization, and follow-through. My goal is to help you find strategies that work with your brain—not constantly feel like you're fighting against it.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with teens and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed, or unsure of their next step. Many of my clients are navigating difficult relationships, family conflict, life transitions, ADHD, low motivation, grief, or struggles with self-esteem. I especially enjoy working with clients who want a therapist who is supportive and easy to talk to, but who will also help them recognize patterns, build practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. In my practice, I focus on helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, replace them with healthier perspectives, and develop practical coping strategies to manage emotional distress. Through structured interventions such as thought records, behavioral activation, and mindfulness techniques, I guide clients toward greater emotional regulation and improved daily functioning. This approach empowers clients to gain control over their thoughts and behaviors, fostering resilience and long-term well-being.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I have found this treatment method to be successful as it emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and creating a nonjudgmental, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their feelings. The therapist is seen as a collaborative partner rather than an authority figure.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I often draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which helps clients identify their strengths, set clear goals, and build on what’s already working. This approach is positive, empowering, and practical—helping you create meaningful change in a supportive, hopeful space.

She's an absolute gem. I tried therapy before and did not feel that I could connect with therapists and she is the one that I was able to connect with. Her therapy style is very empowering and I never feel judged. It doesn't feel ingenuine either. She's done a great job at making me feel heard and understood as well as helping me create goals and achieve them for myself. Since starting sessions with her I feel that I have a new outlook on life in general.
