Licensed to practice in North Carolina and accepts 37 insurances. Specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Coping Skills
Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina. I received my Masters Degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and have been practicing for the past 10 years. I help individuals struggling with depression and anxiety become the best versions of themselves. I believe clients are the experts of their lives and look forward to learning about you and how we can work together to move forward to a better future.
In our first session together, we’’ start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my person-centered approach and desire to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.
My clients are often people who are carrying a lot — stress, anxiety, pressure, uncertainty, and the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together. They are ready to create a healthier, more balanced life while navigating personal or professional transitions with support and clarity. Many are seeking practical tools, emotional resilience, and a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
