I received my Masters from Fordham University, and postgraduate training in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute. I have been practicing as a therapist for 10 years. I help clients achieve their goals by working towards emotional and behavioral change by examining and challenging irrational and unhelpful beliefs.
