I am a compassionate and experienced psychologist dedicated to supporting adults on their healing journeys. With more than two decades of clinical experience, I take an authentic, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy that honors each person’s unique values, identity, and life experiences. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, and mood-related concerns, and I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist with expertise in developmental and interpersonal process groups. My work is rooted in empowerment, emotional safety, and helping clients build deeper self-trust, meaningful connections, and more fulfilling lives.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is a collaborative and welcoming space designed to help you feel safe, heard, and supported. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring your goals, concerns, and expectations. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, emotional patterns, relationships, and strengths, while also allowing space for you to share at your own pace. We will review confidentiality, the therapeutic process, and begin identifying areas of focus moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling grounded, respected, and more at ease, with a clearer sense of how therapy can support your healing and growth.

I specialize in working with adolescents and women experiencing depression, anxiety, and mood-related concerns, and I am also a Certified Group Psychotherapist with expertise in developmental and interpersonal process groups. I honor each client’s unique values, cultural context, and lived experience, creating a space rooted in empowerment, trust, and emotional safety. As a clinician, scholar, and healer, I support clients in moving beyond survival toward deeper self-connection, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling, productive life.
