Hello! My name is Sharon and I am a Therapist who has been working in the field of mental health for 20 years. I have worked in community mental health, inpatient hospital, rehab, and office settings. I have experience with clients of all ages but currently focused on adults and seniors.
I use CBT, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Interventions to address anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I do have extensive experience with Severe Mental Health Issues such as Schizophrenia.
Are you ready to make a change?
I'm Cheri Counterman, LCSW. I've been working as a therapist and medical social worker for over a decade. I've worked with clients who have had a wide range of concerns like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, trauma, and many more. For therapeutic modalities, I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) but also utilize other forms of therapy like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Person-Centered Therapy. I am passionate about learning new therapeutic skills and attend yearly trainings to stay on top of new evidence-based therapies to help my clients.
I know that asking for help can be one of the most vulnerable things we do as humans. That's why it's so important to me to make sure your time with me is as comfortable as possible. My goal is to create an open, safe space where you can feel supported in whatever you need from me.
I believe that all people are valuable and deserve love and support no matter what they've been through. Everyone has their own unique story and journey through life; my job is not only to listen but also to help guide you toward healing your mind, body and spirit so that you can live the life you're meant to live!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience supporting adults through periods of stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported.
I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and work to create a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and safe. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives to help clients better understand emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and capable, yet feel overwhelmed or disconnected beneath the surface. Others are moving through significant transitions and are looking for support as they sort through emotions, relationships, or long-standing patterns. Therapy with me is paced intentionally and tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and life circumstances.
Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and insightful. My goal is to help you feel grounded and supported while working toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Something brought you here today. Maybe it's the exhaustion of always being on edge, or a sense that your body hasn't felt safe in a very long time. Whatever it was, I'm glad you followed it.
I'm a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Indiana and Montana. I've spent my career walking alongside people through some of life's most complicated terrain: trauma, identity, nervous system overwhelm, and the quiet grief that comes from feeling like you've never quite fit.
My work is rooted in somatic and relational approaches, which means we pay attention not just to your thoughts and story, but to what your body has been carrying. Healing isn't only a cognitive process. It lives in the nervous system, and I'll help you learn to work with yours.
I specialize in trauma, particularly the kind rooted in childhood, relationships, and the experience of moving through the world in a brain that works differently. I work with neurodivergent adults who are discovering and exploring later in life that there's always been a name for the way their mind works. For many, this realization brings both relief and grief. And parents of neurodivergent children who are stretched thin and searching for steadier ground.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I don't take lightly the courage it takes to reach out. My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel genuinely understood. Not managed, not diagnosed, just met.
I'm so glad you're here.

Are you holding it all together on the outside while silently struggling on the inside? I’m Paris Freeman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward reclaiming your peace. My practice provides a safe space where you are truly heard and in control of your personal growth. Whether you are navigating the heavy weight of grief or looking for practical tools to manage life's daily stressors, I’m here to walk alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable; supporting the well-being of your whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Trauma therapist by trade, artist in spirit. I help children, teens, and adults process trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and stop letting one intrusive thought ruin their entire week. Equal parts evidence-based practice and practicality (drink water, get enough rest, and do something that brings you joy).
Outside of therapy, I’m a pet parent, artist, recovering perfectionist, and emotionally attached to tortoises.
My goal? Helping people heal without losing the parts of themselves that make them human. Also maybe convincing at least one client to unclench their jaw today.
Besides being a licensed clinical social worker and liensed clinical addictions counselor, I'm also recognized by the state of Indiana as a Certified Peer Support Professional and carry national certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I'm a Master Reiki Practitioner and certified as a sound healer and therapeutic art life coach. I take the business of healing and living seriously, but believe that we all need to honor our whimsy, creativity, and sense of childlike wonder.

Hello! I am Cassie and am an LCSW and LCAC in Indiana. I feel it is an honor to work with individuals to find what they are seeking in coming to therapy. I find that therapy is intimidating to a lot of people and strive to make people feel comfortable in their therapy journey. I have been practicing for approximately 15 years and continue to love serving others whom I have the pleasure to work with.
Families today are under a great deal of pressure, and many parents and children feel overwhelmed as a result. When stress builds over time, relationships can suffer—especially within families. I believe understanding these patterns is one of the most important steps toward meaningful change.
I bring over 38 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I offer a supportive, strength-based space where people can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I work with ADHD, anxiety, depression, school-related concerns, divorce, and family relationship challenges. My approach is thoughtful and direct while remaining respectful and collaborative. I view children’s struggles within the context of their families and believe lasting change happens when caregivers are actively involved and supported.
I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel supported, understood, and challenged to grow. My approach is collaborative, direct, and goal-oriented. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping skills, and build the life they want. I strive to create an environment where clients can be honest about their experiences without fear of judgment while also remaining accountable for the choices they make. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I look forward to helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My name is Swan Roberts. I am a licensed therapist, LCSW (licensed clinical social worker). I love helping people through my work and I have been doing this for 6 years. I decided to become a therapist because I had a therapist that helped me ease through the transition of getting out medically from active duty army service, which inspired me to follow this career path. It takes courage to make the decision of facing the things that are causing you turmoil, including trauma, and I am glad you are here. I look forward to meeting you and help you transform your life through healing evidence based interventions: EMDR, IFS, SE, & CBT.
After trauma, you may be overthinking, hypervigilant, anxious in relationships, struggling with people pleasing, and not feeling confident or competent even if you can rationalize that you are. With EMDR, IFS, and SE, I can help you trust yourself and feel more calm believing your resiliency and strength, to live your life fully.
It is truly rewarding helping people heal from trauma, to see their lives, and relationships transform as symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder are replaced by confidence, security, empathy, and compassion. It is possible to heal and enjoy your life again, even for the first time.

That is when I began my journey into social work and found my true calling in life.
I have experience working with children and adolescents who have been through, or are currently in, the child welfare system as well as working with older teens with substance abuse/misuse issues.

Hello! It's great to meet you. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Indiana, I've been serving clients for the past 18 years after graduating from Indiana University in 2006. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ball State University in 1991.
I'm passionate about listening to the unique stories of each individual I work with and to be a part of their therapeutic journey.
I am kind, open, honest, and authentic while working with my clients. I will challenge you and push you when you need to be pushed. I will call you out if you are not doing the work. My job is to help you to reach your goals, and I will help you learn to get out of your own way. I will be your advocate for positive change! I can help you identify what is causing the disconnect, help you identify and address trauma, and help you find strength and confidence to be your authentic self and nurture positive, healthy relationships with those you love. I believe that therapy can be the foundation that your ideal life is built upon. I would feel honored to help you through this life changing experience.
When life becomes challenging, when self-care is slipping away, or when stress and struggles seem overwhelming or paralyzing, I want you to know that you are not alone. You are stronger than you realize. You can discover (or rediscover) your “authentic self” even when it seems impossible or unsurmountable. I am here to help. Together, we can assess what your authentic needs are and how to achieve them in mind, body, emotions, spirit and action. I’m here to guide, educate, and empower you. My care approach is one of curiosity and compassion so that during our sessions, you are free to slow down and safely practice mindfulness and self-care.
Together, we will decide which types of interventions work best for you: talk therapy, faith-based, practical problem-solving, trauma-informed care, or creative techniques like art or narrative approaches. We will explore your inner thought-life through mindfulness and cognitive work. We will identify skills, strengths, and supports that can grow through patient practice between sessions. With evidence-based techniques, we will find and navigate paths so you can reclaim joy and walk in peace. I am privileged to walk alongside you during your journey.
Peace and hope are possible and sustainable.
You deserve to take care of yourself.
You are stronger on the other side.

I earned my Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree with a focus in Forensic Psychology and Addiction Counseling from Tiffin University and later obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University's School of Social Work, with a concentration in Mental Health and Addiction treatment.
A few fun facts about me: I have two young kiddos who keep me laughing and on my toes! I love snuggling with my rescue pup, Zeus. When I'm not working with clients or spending time with my family, you can almost always find me with my nose in a book, listening to an audiobook, or listening to a good podcast!

Hi! My name is Lana and I have been a LCSW since 2011. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in issues of adjustment, trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis, grief, child and adolescent behaviors, and sexual abuse. I also have experience with talking with individuals with mood and personality disorders, PTSD, and issues surrounding divorce.
On a more personal level, I enjoy traveling and refer to myself as a coffee connoisseur. I also have two small dogs that think they run the world and like to introduce themselves from time to time in my sessions. I always have a plan but I believe some of life's greatest adventures are in taking the scenic route.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
