Welcome! I'm JoJo.
Feeling lost in the chaos of life or dealing with the tough stuff most therapists won’t touch? You've come to the right place. Welcome! My name is JoJo, Psychotherapist & LPC in TX, GA, LA, CO, SC, ID, and MD. I specialize in complex psychological disorders, mood instability, trauma, and emotional/ behavioral dysregulation. Therapy isn’t just venting—I’m not here for small talk. I’m here to challenge, teach, and help you grow with real change. Therapy with me will never be a cliche or endless “How does that make you feel (s)?" I believe that true healing happens when we bring the mind and body into the same conversation.
Who I Work With
I work extensively with individuals with high functioning individuals with a history of borderline personality disorder (BPD), dissociation (DID), other complex or overlapping conditions with ADHD, bipolar, anxiety, and complex mood presentations. My focus is on the complicated stuff using innovative ways that traditional approaches may not fully address.
I best work with high-functioning adult women who are managing careers, parenting, relationships, and responsibilities on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or stuck on the inside. that have a history of ADHD or BPD. Many of my clients struggle with emotional intensity, black-and-white thinking, or feeling pulled between extremes while trying to make sense of themselves and their experiences.
That’s why I incorporate behavioral and specialized approaches, including Brainspotting, Ketamine Assisted psychotherapy, creative expressive play, and counterintuitive skills, all tailored to fit your needs. So if you’re tired of basic coping, ready to understand your patterns, and open to doing deeper, active work, this space was created for you. Let me help you find the power of the grey area.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next, and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
My work with adults focuses on helping clients navigate life transitions, relationships, women’s issues, domestic violence, substance use and recovery, chronic health challenges, stress, and the many changes that can come with different seasons of life. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents and helping young people develop the skills and confidence they need to manage their emotions and navigate challenges.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You know your life better than anyone, and my role is to listen, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and provide practical tools and strategies that can help you move forward.
Hi, I’m Tawana Farley, a trauma therapist passionate about helping adults navigate life’s most overwhelming experiences with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I specialize in working with complex trauma, grief, neurodivergence, and life transitions.
I have a strong background in trauma-focused care and specialize in supporting individuals who feel stuck in survival mode, and are just tired from carrying the long-term effects of chronic stress or painful experiences. I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, and caregivers.
My professional background includes providing therapy in non-profit settings, school-based settings, and trauma-informed environments. I am trained in EMDR and utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs. My work is deeply rooted in helping clients understand the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, and emotional experiences.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients grant me the privilege of entering into their world. My goal is to gently help you explore your edges, deepen your understanding of yourself, and support you in feeling truly seen, heard, and supported throughout your healing journey.

If you’ve been carrying more than you let others see, trying to “push through,” you’re not alone. Initially many of my clients are carrying a heavy load in secret, attempting to force themselves through burdening exhaustion every single day. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix.
In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. Hello! My name is Donna and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I am also a spouse of a United States Army Veteran. I have traveled the world and in doing so I have been able to build meaningful relationships with others. I would love to help you regain your sense of worth and well being.
Do you feel like you're running at full capacity with no room left to breathe? On the surface, you have it all together: the high-performing professional, the dependable parent, the supportive partner. Underneath, it's different. Anxiety that won't quiet. Depression creeping in. Burnout from roles that never let you clock out. Often it's all of them at once, tangled together until they blur.
I bring an engineer's mindset to therapy. My background in Mechanical Engineering shaped how I see problems, not as isolated issues but as complex systems needing recalibration. Most high-achievers I work with are tired of surface-level talk therapy; they want results. Together, we analyze what's actually breaking down, whether it's depression, anxiety, career burnout, or family dynamics. We build a concrete evidence-based plan using tools such as DBT and EMDR to process trauma and tackle performance issues. For over a decade, I've guided clients through major life transitions, for example career pivots, new parenthood, and loss, toward lives rooted in purpose and sustainable well-being.
Jennifer Glaze, LCSW has been working as a Mental Health Professional for the past 15+ years. Having served in the areas of addiction, female-specific concerns, and life transitions, she prides herself on being able to provide unconditional positive regard to all clients with whom she interacts.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, I proudly served in the United States Army, where I witnessed firsthand how uniquely each person experiences trauma and life stressors. These experiences deeply shape the lens through which I support my clients today. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the field for the past seventeen years. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families for six years. I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to self-esteem, effective communication, depression, anxiety, trauma, marriage counseling, dementia, and Christian counseling. You are the expert on your story and have many strengths to help you overcome challenges. I strive to help you uncover your true potential and ultimately reach your goals by implementing solution-oriented strategies for successful transformation.
As a therapist, I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach. I sit at a rare and powerful intersection of neuroscience, practical behavioral strategy, and deep, soul-level healing.
Here is who I am as a clinician:
1. I Bridge Logic and Depth
I possess the unique ability to bridge the gap between the logical, analytical mind and the emotional, intuitive self.
I am practical, structured, and evidence-based. I help you map out your mental loops and provide immediate, actionable tools for your daily life.
I don't view you as "broken" or needing to be fixed; instead, I see you as a system of protective parts that deserve to be understood, healed, and unburdened.
2. I Provide Specialized, Biological Relief for sleep problems
My specialization in CBT-I means I deeply understand how the mind and body are connected. I don't just talk about stress abstractly. I actively solve the physiological crises, like chronic insomnia, that stress creates. This allows me to deliver tangible, measurable relief to your biological baseline so you actually have the physical energy to do the deeper emotional work.
3. I am Efficient, Collaborative, and Transformative
I am not interested in passive, aimless "venting sessions" that drag on for years without progress. My approach is active and modern. I act as a grounded guide to help you catch and rewire your immediate habits while simultaneously healing the deep-seated root vulnerabilities that drove those habits in the first place.
My Clinical Vibe
I provide a space where science meets profound self-discovery. To my clients, I am a warm, deeply empathetic anchor who can hold space for your most vulnerable inner world, while remaining sharp and structured enough to keep you moving forward toward a true internal reset.
