Hi. I'm Christine. Over-stressed and demoralized these days? Are familiar activities and places that you've found soothing suddenly not offering relief from anxiety and depression? Life transitions can be tricky too, and it can be helpful to talk though periods of loss and change. A proud Barry University graduate, I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy to those seeking healing, clarity, and emotional resilience.
My work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and compassion. I am a Certified Nurturing Parenting Specialist and a Certified Professional Life Coach, with a special focus on supporting women healing from trauma, reconnecting with their inner strength, and building balanced, fulfilling lives.
My diverse background includes roles in juvenile justice, child welfare, behavioral health, community mental health, and private practice. I have served as a psychotherapist, family coordinator, case manager, parenting specialist, clinical trainer, program supervisor, and group facilitator. My approach is trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in building genuine therapeutic relationships that foster trust, healing, and growth.
My Private Practice is based in Miramar, Florida, where I provide therapy in a safe, supportive environment where teens, adults, and families can feel heard and empowered. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, anger, family conflict, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges.
As a mental health advocate, I’m committed to “Breaking the Stigma” surrounding mental illness. I’ve appeared as a therapist and expert witness on various TV networks, featured in the Black mental health documentary HUSH, and collaborate with Taraji P. Henson’s Boris L. Henson Foundation to support mental wellness in underserved communities.
Helping others heal and thrive isn’t just my profession.. it’s my purpose!
