As an older adult, I've had the benefit of life's many experiences (good and bad) and feel strongly that no situation is ever wasted. There is always an opportunity to learn and grow. I'm an adult child of an alcoholic and an abuse survivor. I have two grown children who have taught me a great deal as we continue to navigate life's joys and challenges. I enjoy helping people explore their own goals, perspectives, and providing them with a safe, supportive, and confidential space to become their personal best.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be an opportunity get to know each other, establish treatment goals, confidentiality boundaries, identify strengths, challenges, and a timeline if appropriate. The session is YOURS and my goal is for you to feel comfortable, welcomed, and respected.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel my greatest strengths have been learning from my mistakes. That may sound strange, but it makes it easier to relate to people when we can understand the challenges and pitfalls that is the reality of being human.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adult individuals who are exploring options and/or are ready for positive change in their lives, whether external (new jobs, relationships, locations, careers, etc.) or internal (unhooking from negative self-talk and self-defeating narratives that impede personal growth and a healthy sense of self-worth. I am solution focused, utilize multiple resources, and strive to help individuals make decisions based on their goals.
