I am a Wholistic Wellness Practitioner. I have a passion for individuals and families going through life's transitions and adjustments. I attended the University of Georgia and in 2001 graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. I obtained my Master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of West Alabama in 2007. In 2008 I completed a Marriage and Family Therapy certification program at Argosy University in Atlanta. I began exploring Wholistic Wellness in 2019. I am a graduate (2023) of the 200-hour and 300-hour Metaphysical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Southwest Atlanta Yoga (SWAY) and I earned my Sound Healing Certification in 2025.
Time will be spent exploring the reason(s) for therapy and gathering historical information. An overview of the therapeutic process will be provided and opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback about the next steps. I infuse different aspects of breath-work, meditation and sound therapy into the clinical work that I do with the clients I serve when appropriate.
I am warm, empathetic and compassionate. My biggest strength is meeting my clients right where they are in that moment and assisting them along their journey as they work toward transforming their lives into the lives they Dream of, Desire and Deserve.
Individuals and families going through life's transitions and adjustments are ideal clients for the services that I provide. I strive to create a warm, judgment free therapeutic environment on and off the "couch" and or yoga mat where my clients feel safe to share and explore their thoughts and feelings. I empower my clients to trust themselves along their journey, knowing that I am there to help guide and assist them on the path towards finding Healing, Hope, Peace, Confidence, and Transformation.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My overall view of therapy is that the therapist's role is to provide encouragement and to assist clients in changing their thought process and behavior to achieve a specific goal or outcome. I continue to believe in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model with a belief that people can bring about change in their lives by first changing their thoughts and beliefs.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe in the Mind, Body, Spirit connection and I infuse different aspects of breath-work, meditation and sound therapy into the clinical work that I do with the clients I serve when appropriate.
