Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am independently licensed in NC, SC, and GA. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults striving to better cope with and better manage daily challenges.
I have experience in outpatient therapy and hospice social work.
I enjoy working with and learning about others. My personal goal is to learn something new every day.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been counseling clients dealing with a variety of mental, emotional, and relational issues for a number of years. I have counseled adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups. I decided to pursue a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy because I realized the impact that our families, and society as well, have on our mental and emotional development. The impact is both positive and negative and may manifest as depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, a lack of a sense of self and other mental and emotional disorders.
In counseling, I help clients explore those influences and the impact on their life. My specialties then center around helping clients gain insight into those influences, become more empowered, develop a stronger sense of self, and take steps to become who they really are; thereby addressing mental and emotional health issues.
It's important to note that many times, experiences unfortunately include trauma and loss. It may be childhood or other trauma. Identifying, acknowledging and processing trauma and loss is therefore often a part of the process of becoming more empowered and developing that strong sense of self described above.
.
Hi-I'm Carolyn and I am so glad that you are here. Eighteen years of counseling has taught me that healing begins with clarity, compassion, and practical tools. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and people-pleasing patterns. Above all, I’m here to support your autonomy. My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you uncover what’s true for you, and to equip you with the skills and confidence to move forward with clarity and strength.

I’m a proud, multi-hyphenated Black woman and one of my deepest joy's is walking alongside people as they grow their self-love, self-worth, and capacity to live authentically. I work with clients to unabashedly honor themselves, their stories, and their desires for the future. Symptoms and stress from the pandemic and beyond has caused our lives to change in so many different and unique ways. Welcome home, I can provide you with a safe space to begin the path to your healing. Mental health is as important as physical health with you at the center. I have a passion for working with young to older adults. The breadth of my experience has included people with dynamic experiences. I have worked in such rural communities such as San Angelo, TX and as diverse as Jersey City, NJ. Depression, anxiety, grief, college and life stress are just a few areas where I could help you to make positive and new changes.
I am a New Jersey native and have over 20 years of professional experience working in various clinical and supportive facilities such as Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Outpatient Treatment, State Residential Treatment Centers, Community Mental Health Clinics, Employee Assistance Programs, and Assisted Living centers.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Georgia, New Jersey, New York and Texas, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. Together, we will explore patterns, build coping strategies, and develop tools that you can apply in your everyday life. I focus on helping you gain clarity, improve emotional balance, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, or simply ready to prioritize your mental health, you do not have to do it alone. I am here to support you in building the insight, confidence, and skills needed to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I believe in offering a space where you can simply be yourself — no performing, no shrinking, no pretending you’re okay when you’re not. The work we do together is collaborative and deeply human. It’s a space where your emotions are met with respect, your questions are taken seriously, and your growth unfolds at a pace that feels steady and safe. I support people who are navigating anxiety, depression, major life changes, relationship stress, women’s issues, and those heavy seasons where everything feels confusing or stuck. Together, we move toward clarity, emotional balance, and a more grounded connection to the version of you that’s been hard to access under the weight of it all.
My approach is shaped by the years I spent navigating different backgrounds and environment of living situations. Those experiences broadened my understanding of identity, culture, and the many ways people learn to cope, survive, and make meaning. My experiences have taught me to honor the values and perspectives each person brings, and to approach every story with genuine curiosity and respect and to listen to understand and seek clarity. That awareness is woven into my work — steady, culturally attuned, and deeply aware of the complexity of individual's challenges.
Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.

I use a personalized approach to therapy because I believe every child and family is unique. Depending on a client's needs, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. These approaches help children and teens better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, and build confidence.
I also believe that parents and caregivers are important partners in the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with families to provide support, education, and practical strategies that can be used at home and in everyday life. My goal is to help children, teens, and families feel empowered, connected, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.

I'm honest and will give you a clear view of what I see is going on! I believe healing is found in the truth.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia. I have a Master's in Community Counseling and returned later to obtain another Master's/Certification in School Counseling. I moved forward spending many years with Developmental Disabilities/Babies Can't Wait, and Autism. From here I became a Middle School Counselor for several years and Community Counselor. I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. Experiencing mental illness caused struggle and emotional suffering, but lead me to seek help. The support I found brought solace and healing, and eventually opened doors that led to becoming a therapist. It is such a meaningful experience to reach those who are now where I once was. Over the years I had opportunities to work in many settings, including medical and mental health hospitals, intensive outpatient, and residential addiction treatment centers, and now private practice.
I am an eclectic therapist who collaborates with you to identify the needs to elevate your life. I empower, encourage and challenge you to reach your fullest potential. With more than 15 years of experience in mental health and education, I work with adolescents, teens, and adults facing anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, emotional challenges, and life's many transitions.
My style is supportive, practical, and direct. I believe in plain talk over a lot of clinical jargon and helping people make real progress in ways that actually fit their lives. Therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can be yourself, talk openly about what's going on, and leave with a clearer understanding of your situation and where you'd like to go next.

Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.
You DESERVE to Re-SET, To Re-FUEL, To Re-CHARGE. And then TAKE FLIGHT! Since entering the field of therapy I have learned to ascribe to the adage “all behavior has meaning.” Yes, ALL behavior. A deep curiosity for why we all act and think the way we do coupled with my own life’s challenges and experiences has led me to a place of compassion for not only my own life choices but compassion for others. Our thoughts lead to feelings, which leads to action. We are not always proud of our actions. As a woman, mother, wife, and veteran I know all too well the shame that comes with our personal choices and behaviors. I also know there is also a fear of JUDGEMENT when it comes to considering therapy. This is a no-judgement zone and if you are seeking a different feeling and action in your life then you have landed at the right place!
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. My work is rooted in the belief that every person carries strength, resilience, and the capacity for meaningful change—even in the midst of uncertainty or pain. I approach counseling with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience, ensuring that our work together honors your story and your pace.
My style is collaborative and grounded. I provide structure when it’s helpful, offer evidence‑based strategies tailored to your needs, and create room for reflection, insight, and emotional clarity. Clients often describe my presence as calm, steady, and non‑judgmental—someone who helps them feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions while also empowering them to build healthier patterns and practical skills.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper self‑understanding, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and intention. I believe that therapy is not just a place to process what you’ve been carrying; it’s a space to reconnect with yourself, reclaim your voice, and move toward the life you want with confidence and support.

My clinical philosophy centers on helping individuals return to their authentic selves by exploring identity, emotional truth, and the stories that shape their lives. I integrate trauma-informed care, co-occurring disorder expertise, and evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for each person's lived experience.
Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or life transitions, I aim to create a therapeutic environment built on safety, curiosity, and genuine connection. My belief is that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to step into their truth. My mission is simple: to help individuals navigate life with clarity, courage, and compassion—one conversation at a time.
