I am a licensed mental health counselor (Florida & Delaware) with over 25 years of experience working with diverse individuals in the community, private practice, and residential substance abuse treatment. Never in a million years did I ever think providing counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, would be the career to captivate my heart….but it is! My specialties are working with clients who may be suffering from traumatic incidents, substance abuse, various forms of anxiety (PTSD, stress disorders), depression, self-esteem, and gender identity.
Making the decision to receive any form of mental health counseling can be taxing, however, the results are often positive and rewarding. Learning to face your fears in a healthy and appropriate manner is a sign of growth and maturity. It is not an easy task. You will cry, laugh, and maybe feel a little uncomfortable at times. This is just the therapeutic process working to make you emotionally stronger.
*Please note that my preference for treatment sessions are individual and group therapy. However, I do provide a limited number of couples or family therapy sessions for special circumstances.
At this time of extreme changes, I am here to help you navigate the uncertainty that many of us are facing.
Hello, I'm Rachel, I have worked as a mental health therapist/counselor since 2014, (with additional experience during in-residency prior to graduation from May 2013-March 2014). I have provided therapeutic services to young children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I have provided services in a variety of settings such as: residential-inpatient, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and a maximum-security prison. I currently work with Veterans, some active duty, reserves, and national guard, primarily in the areas of combat and/or military sexual trauma. I have also worked with this population to help with readjusting to civilian life and other life stressors. I also have experience working with Veterans, who are also government employees, facing a lot of additional uncertainty right now.
***I am open to new clients. Please message me directly to schedule a time.***
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that therapy should be a safe space where you can be honest, feel heard, and work through life challenges without fear of judgement. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. Welcome! I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and hope. I have four years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor, preceded by four years in Crisis Prevention and Addiction Recovery, supporting individuals through life's most difficult seasons.
I work with individuals beginning at age 8 through older adulthood, using an eclectic, evidence-based approach tailored to each person's unique needs. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Trauma-Informed Care, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I believe every person has inherent worth, resilience, and the capacity for growth. My focus is helping clients discover their strengths, heal from trauma, and create lasting changes in their thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and daily lives. For clients who desire it, I also offer a faith-integrated approach, incorporating Christian principles and biblical truth into the counseling process while respecting each person's beliefs and values. My goal is to provide a compassionate, safe, and peaceful environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward healing, hope, and wholeness.

Mental illness is as real as any physical illness. We talk normally about cancer and diabetes, although the same should apply to mental illness. Emotional and mental health are just as important as the physical health of a human being. The emotional trauma that a brain endures in various of the human life cycle can be damaging and in the long run, just as detrimental as a psychical illness.
People donate their organs, but they cannot donate their brains. Some people live with human-made hearts, but there is no such thing as human-made brains. I believe that our brain is the most important organ in our human body, so why don’t we start taking good care of it?
Therapy is not only for people with mental illness. Therapy is for everyone. We all have faced or currently face some hardships in life. Talking to a therapist can help you deeply in improving your mental health, decrease your stress and live with more joy and intention! Make your appointment today!
My name is Kevin Crabtree, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I wanted to be a therapist from the time I saw Deanna Troi on Star Trek: The Next Generation, because I knew even then that feeling truly heard and understood could change everything. Since 2008, I've worked with at-risk children and families, federal and state prisoners, and military service members and their families, and that range has given me a deep and practical understanding of how human beings actually navigate hard times.
I am solution-focused and strength-based, and I work to reduce the stigma around mental health by helping clients build support, expand coping skills, and find language for what they're experiencing. I have a particular focus on men's mental health, especially for Southern men who may have grown up with the message that asking for help is a weakness. I believe getting support sooner makes everything else, relationships, career, daily life, more manageable, and I try to make that process feel as straightforward and judgment-free as possible.
In our first session, I'll share a bit about my background, give you a tour of the Grow platform, and then we'll start talking about what brings you in and what you're hoping to get out of our work together.
I takes a special interest in overcoming the barriers to mental health care for Southern men, aged 20-50.
Hi there, I’m Deborah! If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure about how to move forward, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I have more than 28 years of experience helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and everyday stress.
I believe therapy should feel supportive and useful. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I tailor our work to your individual needs. Together, we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier ways of coping, strengthen your confidence, and identify practical steps toward the changes you want to make.
I use approaches that can help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I also incorporate mindfulness, emotional support, and practical strategies based on your needs and goals. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard and understood, while also gaining tools you can use in your everyday life.
In Our First Session Together
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so our first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable and getting to know one another. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you would like to change, and any concerns or questions you may have.
You are welcome to share at a pace that feels right for you. There is no expectation that you tell me everything during our first meeting. We can begin identifying your goals and discuss an approach that fits your needs. You will also have time to ask questions and decide whether we feel like a good fit for working together.
Hi, I’m Tamela! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, clinical supervisor, and Sexuality Educator with more than a decade of clinical experience. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, intimacy, and sexual wellness.

Therapy with me is a space to better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen self-awareness, develop practical coping and communication skills, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel personal—not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and build practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

I am a master’s level licensed clinical mental health counselor (LMHC), (LPC) and credentialed SUD Counselor (CASAC-A) (CADC II) with training and expertise in both Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as psychodynamic treatment. I work with young adults and adults and have expertise in treating patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, compulsive, addictive behaviors and domestic violence. I have specialized training in various evidence-based treatments for trauma such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I hope to help patients learn effective ways to cope with stress, manage difficult emotions and communicate well with others.
We have all acquired ways of coping that get in the way of our development, and manifest as emotional pain, such as anxiety and depression. I work with clients to identify and reduce these painful symptoms. Clients are then freer to use their energy in pursuit of their goals. I work with young, midlife, and older adults. I develop a safe and collaborative relationship with clients. In that context, I do short and long-term psychotherapy and train clients to use specific protocols to modify symptoms that are in the way of personal and professional functioning. My approach provides support, guidance, and education to help you become the best version of yourself and work towards achieving your goals. I consider it an honor to work alongside you, and I look forward to meeting you soon.

I specialize in supporting, teenagers, and adults while also helping families navigate parent-adolescent dynamics. My goal is to provide practical tools, insight, and compassionate support that help clients create meaningful and lasting change.
I’m a therapist who helps you remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, survival patterns, and old stories. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide or silence—especially the inner child. I work at the intersection of self-worth, spirituality, and soul-aligned growth, supporting clients in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper meaning.
I specialize in working with those who feel like they’ve spent a lifetime holding it all together while feeling unseen or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating transitions—whether it’s stepping into adulthood, breaking generational cycles, leaving behind people-pleasing, or exploring who they are beyond roles and expectations. If you’ve ever felt like you're constantly performing, second-guessing yourself, or longing to feel safe in your truth, you’re not alone.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic practices, while also incorporating space for spiritual exploration, ancestral healing, and intuitive insight. I honor each client’s cultural, emotional, and energetic experiences and believe in co-creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.
This is more than just symptom management—it’s about coming home to yourself. I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your purpose, and live more fully in alignment with who you truly are—mind, body, and spirit.

My name is Bobby Figueroa, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia with five years of experience in the mental health and addiction field.
I believe therapy works best when it is a partnership. You are the expert on your life—your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping clients reach their treatment goals. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being a homebody and all of the peace that comes with it, activity nights with my family, and listening to music.
In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions. I know my clients possess an inner strength and resiliency that promotes the groundwork for therapy. My welcoming, compassionate, and relaxed counseling style creates an environment where patients feel understood and valued, and where they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment.

My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

Counseling is my gift that makes room for me. It is more than a job to me. It is a part of who I am. I am a Christian and this you will see even in the counsel that is given. I will not judge anyone but I will challenge anyone to meet the goals they set in counseling. I am a Father figure and very passionate about what I do.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I provide telehealth services to individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while building practical coping skills and working toward meaningful, lasting change. If you’re ready to feel more supported and take steps toward meaningful change, I’d be honored to work with you!
One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I applaud you on taking this first step in investing in your growth and personal development. Sometimes, we are faced with major life changes or challenges that alter our perspective on life, which directly impact our mental, emotional, and social well-being. By promoting a safe, judgement free, and shame free environment, my aim is to allow you the freedom to explore your experiences with a sense of curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance.
I offer online counseling to individuals, families and groups to help them develop the skills necessary to successfully overcome challenges in life. My background as a high school and college counselor also gives me a wealth of experience to draw from when working with families, adolescents, and young adults.
As your therapist, I believe that the healing process begins by creating a safe environment and building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make positive life changes while helping you develop confidence in your ability to achieve a healthy balance in all aspects of your life.
Hello my name is Korin Best and I specialize in anxiety, stress management, depression, and substance abuse/recovery. I work with ages 13-50.
