Hello, Im TeNille. I bring 7 years of experience as a social worker into the space. My specialty areas are depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I enjoy working with clients ages 18-55. I have a particular interest in working with students both college age and non- traditional.

First session
I allow clients the opportunity to share with me whatever they feel comfortable sharing as I build rapport with them. My responsibility to my clients is to affirm and show empathy. It takes bravery and strength to be vulnerable and share details of their lives with a new person. I consider people's stories as a gift. I want people to feel empowered and affirmed at the end of each session.
Strengths
I'm a great listener and empathetic towards others. I also allow people to be themselves in the space.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with men and women ages 18-55. College students are a strong area of interest. I enjoy working with people who learn new skills, and implement them to change their lives and situation.
Treatment methods

I utilize CBT regularly to encourage patients to view situations from multiple angles.
