I got into the counseling field because I wanted to be a change agent. I want to be able to help people move to the next level in life. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addiction Counselor. My career as a counselor has taken me to many settings.

In our first session you can expect to be able to talk about any issues that brought you to treatment. You will be able to ask questions and we will take time to gain a rapport with one another.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help change thinking patters and recognize distortion in thinking.
Motivational Interviewing
I use motivational interviewing with clients to elicit and strengthen change in clients.
Strength-Based
I use Strength based therapy to allow the client to tell their story and have the mindset of being a survivor of trauma.
