In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of therapy that helps clients to identify and change negative though patterns and behavior.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to use my active listening skills and empathy to push clients toward health and wellness! Every client has the ability to heal and grow and I am here to help with that process.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am a clinician that is maintaining a small private practice. I have open availability and I have time to really address your mental health needs.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

Ms. Crockett is warm and engaging. I appreciate that she lets me ramble at length, while still asking me the "right" questions; that keeps me on track. When she says she's sorry for something I've experienced, it sounds genuine, authentic even. This is just my second session with her today, I an can truly say that I feel like a weight is lifted after my sessions with Ms. Crockett. I'm taking one step at a time with her suggestions for my journey, and I'm thankful I connected with her.
