Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Argosy University and have been practicing for 16 years. I have helped all ages from children to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and life stress. I have also worked with individuals who struggle with coping and managing their anger and ways of coping with their emotions in healthy ways.
In the first few sessions we will spend time getting to know one another and building rapport by discussing challenges, barriers, and goals that will help to tailor a individualized plan for future sessions.
Working in the counseling field for 16 years has allowed me to help clients to develop and grow by identifying a clear plan that works for them. I love to empower my clients to have the autonomy and feeling empowered to create how their sessions look for them so they can get the most benefit and become the best versions of themselves.
I love working with clients who come ready to do the work. Who is motivated to start their path on their healing journey, and is not afraid to challenge themselves to become the best version of themselves.
