I earned my Bachelors of Psychology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK) and a Masters in Community Counseling from Argosy University, Atlanta. I am here because I want to help. I consider both my personal and professional life experience as invaluable in working with others. I believe people are "hard-wired" to live with authenticity and become the best version of themselves and I would enjoy helping you with that process. I have deep compassion for the human condition and it fuels my desire to help. Helping others let go of what interferes with life satisfaction, helping their authentic self thrive and live their best life is rewarding. I do not see people as broken, rather as being heroic in navigating life challenges with sometimes inadequate skills and patterns that arose out of their unique personal life story. I embrace the concept that we are on earth to have an opportunity to enjoy the incredible experiences life can offer and we are also capable of finding ways to reduce or eliminate suffering. By the grace of our creator I have been provided with life and experience to be able to offer my services. I look forward to supporting you with gentle guidance, increased confidence and heart in your journey forward. I would be grateful and honored to work with you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience in working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety; couples struggling with poor communication and infidelity; and families impacted by abuse, addiction, grief or parenting challenges. I specialize in helping people develop a healthy adaptability and the dynamism needed to thrive through solution-focused counseling. I also provide Christian counseling for individuals who desire it. I believe that addressing the whole person: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, empowers the individual to take charge of his/her own care.
My name is Michael and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. As a psychotherapist, my vocation is supporting individuals, working together on your journey toward self-discovery, healing, and learning to thrive from the comfort and convenience of your home or office, and when it is most convenient for you. My work commonly addresses individuals experiencing difficulties in life due to problems stemming from difficulties early in life, anxiety, depression, major life changes, academic challenges (undergrad, graduate, post-graduate studies), the discomfort of feelings that go along with hypervigilance, procrastination, and perfectionism.
Sometimes, we need help from someone new, experienced with developing collaborative relationships to find strengths we take for granted, and to embrace that we can be the person we’re meant to be.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or major life changes? Let’s talk!
I do not prescribe medication, and I do not see clients under the age of 18.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in helping individuals identify their strengths, set meaningful goals, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. Since becoming licensed in 2004, I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of life stages and challenges, using a goal-oriented, strengths-based approach rooted in evidence-based practices.
My clinical focus is on empowering clients to overcome barriers, build resilience, and make intentional changes that support long-term growth. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing stress, or feeling stuck, I provide a supportive and structured space where we can work collaboratively to identify what’s not working—and develop practical, sustainable strategies to help you thrive.
Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative — think of it as real conversations with a purpose. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing you down, explore new ways of thinking, and build tools that actually work in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more confident, and more connected to yourself and others — all while keeping the process genuine, supportive, and maybe even a little fun along the way.

I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health, and I have been in private practice for the last 5. I have spent the majority of my counseling career in community mental health, which has given me the skills to meet people where they are at, and to be able to work with a diverse client population. I have extensive training in the treatment of Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, anxiety disorders, phobias, eating disorders, and trauma/PTSD. I'm certified in EMDR, CBT, and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with clients.
I grew up in the northeast, in a small town in rural Vermont. My family decided to relocate to southeast Georgia in 2023, and since then I have been providing telehealth therapy to clients throughout Georgia and Florida. I enjoy spending free time with my two children, my husband, and close friends and family. I enjoy being active and being outdoors as much as possible.
I received my Master’s degree from Clark Atlanta University and have 23 years of professional experience working with both children and adults who are dealing with mental health challenges. I approach treatment using systems theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Additionally, I have received EMDR training from The Institute For Creative Mindfulness. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including systems theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR, to address different aspects of your experiences and challenges. My approach is flexible, allowing us to adapt as you progress in your healing journey.
I value open communication and honest feedback, and I strive to empower you with the tools and insights needed for personal growth and healing. I am a counselor who believes that the therapeutic relationship is essential. From the moment I first meet a client I want to do everything in my power to help them feel comfortable. I acknowledge that counseling can be daunting - meeting a stranger and sharing the intimate details of one's life is frightening. I assure my clients that they are in a safe place and they can share as much or as little as they like. Regardless, they will be accepted unconditionally.

Hello, I’m Crystal, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy. My professional focus is on supporting women, teenagers, and young adults as they navigate life’s complexities. With a deep rooted passion for understanding the intricacies of the human mind, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
Helping people move from surviving to thriving is at the heart of everything I do. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and life's most difficult transitions. I believe meaningful healing begins when you feel heard, respected, understood, and supported in a safe, compassionate environment where lasting change becomes possible.
I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals achieve mental, emotional, and personal well-being. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I am committed to providing effective counseling that supports you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Nearly 25 years ago, I began my counseling career working with families and adolescents in a variety of settings. Today, my practice focuses on women and older adolescents who struggle with issues such as grief, relationships, divorce, depression, anxiety, stress, motivation, self-esteem, sexual identity, or who simply feel “stuck.” Whether you are starting out or starting over, allow me to assist you in the process.
I am a dedicated social worker who has served individuals and families since 2004. My background spans foster care, behavioral health, crisis-prevention programs, medical social work, and long-term care coordination for clients receiving Medicaid services. I’ve also supported families navigating court involvement, custody disputes, parental conflict, and adolescent drug-prevention programs. I work with a steady, compassionate, and practical approach—drawing on CBT, Christian counseling when desired, and years of multidisciplinary experience to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with experience helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create more intentional, balanced lives. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether that’s in relationships, life transitions, or their own internal dialogue.
Many clients enter into therapy feeling uncertain, disconnected, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences. They learn how to set boundaries without guilt, manage their emotions with confidence, and show up in their relationships in a way that feels more authentic and aligned.

Hi! I’m Jada, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in their daily lives. I specialize in working with high-functioning people who may appear to have everything together on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.
I understand how easy it can be to get stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, and constantly prioritizing others while neglecting your own needs. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves, and are ready to make meaningful changes.
My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I have extensive experience treating complex trauma and substance abuse, and as a Certified DBT Therapist, I specialize in treating Borderline Personality Disorder. I'm also a Certified Religious Trauma Specialist.
I believe that one of the most underrated experiences is loss, including the end of significant relationships. I can help you navigate the grief, find meaning in the loss, and build hope moving forward.
I believe that change best happens when we learn to accept where we are while simultaneously challenging ourselves to do better. My desire is to accept you wholly as you are, without judgement.
Hi, I’m Christina, and I believe therapy works best when it feels real, human, and—sometimes—a little humorous. I use a trauma-informed and narrative approach to help clients make sense of their stories and find new ways to move forward. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative; I view therapy as a space where you can safely explore the aspects of your past that still resonate today, while also discovering your resilience and inner strength.
Outside of sessions, you can usually find me hiking a trail, catching a good movie, or spending time with my son. I also enjoy yoga, a good burger, and shopping for spooky things. I bring that same curiosity, creativity, and authenticity into my work with clients.
