I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals achieve mental, emotional, and personal well-being. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I am committed to providing effective counseling that supports you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Nearly 25 years ago, I began my counseling career working with families and adolescents in a variety of settings. Today, my practice focuses on women and older adolescents who struggle with issues such as grief, relationships, divorce, depression, anxiety, stress, motivation, self-esteem, sexual identity, or who simply feel “stuck.” Whether you are starting out or starting over, allow me to assist you in the process.
