I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health, and I have been in private practice for the last 5. I have spent the majority of my counseling career in community mental health, which has given me the skills to meet people where they are at, and to be able to work with a diverse client population. I have extensive training in the treatment of Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, anxiety disorders, phobias, eating disorders, and trauma/PTSD. I'm certified in EMDR, CBT, and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with clients. I grew up in the northeast, in a small town in rural Vermont. My family decided to relocate to southeast Georgia in 2023, and since then I have been providing telehealth therapy to clients throughout Georgia and Florida. I enjoy spending free time with my two children, my husband, and close friends and family. I enjoy being active and being outdoors as much as possible.

I'm Michael Christopher Anthony Blake Edwards, but you can call me Mikie, a Canadian-American, U.S. trained Psychotherapist and Board Cerified Counselor, EMDR Therapist, Basic ART Practitioner, Mindful Hypnotist, Lifestyle and Wellness Coach, Qualified Supervisor (for those interested in LMHC or LMFT licensure in the State of Florida), Licensed Mental Health Counselor living in Ontario, CA. I am executive director and Owner of EPIC Flourish in the State of Florida, where I was born and raised, working with driven adults — executives, entrepreneurs, first responders, and veterans — who look like they have it together from the outside but feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected on the inside. If you've built the career, stayed disciplined, and kept pushing, and something still feels off, that's not a character flaw. It's usually a sign your mind and body are asking for something you haven't addressed yet. With 14+ years of clinical experience, I hold licensure as an LMHC, plus certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I've also completed Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching and trained in Mindful Hypnosis. I offer secure telehealth sessions across all 67 Florida counties and work with most major insurance plans, so cost doesn't have to be the barrier to getting real help. New clients are currently welcome. This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about clearing out what's in the way so the version of you who already knows how to lead, adapt, and perform under pressure can actually feel steady doing it.

Hi, I'm Jacob. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand what you're carrying, build on your strengths, and help you move toward lasting healing. My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences. As a young person, I lived through significant trauma, including abuse and profound loss. Like many people, I searched for ways to cope before I had healthy support. My healing journey began when I started serving others, which eventually led me to become an EMDR therapist. Experiencing EMDR for myself transformed the way I understood healing and inspired me to pursue advanced training and certification. Today, I use EMDR alongside a client-centered approach, always meeting you where you are. I believe healing is possible, even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

I'll skip the buzz words and get to the point. If you've been holding it together with caffeine, sarcasm, and sheer willpower, you're not alone...and you don't have to keep doing it that way. I'm Dr. Patrick Hanson, DSW, LCSW, and I help children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, burnout, Trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. My approach is genuine, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are, without worrying about saying the "right" thing or pretending everything is okay. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and challenged in a way that promotes growth. Some sessions may include laughter, others may be emotional, but every session is focused on helping you better understand yourself and move toward the life you want to live. Whether you're facing a current struggle or carrying experiences that continue to affect you today, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little more hopeful, a little more empowered, and knowing you don't have to figure it all out alone.

My approach combines multiple therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, motivational enhancement, and humanistic approaches in order to create a unique plan of action for each client. I recognize that making the decision to pursue counseling as a method of making positive changes in your life is daunting, but if you are ready to improve your life, even if you’re not sure where to begin, then I am happy to support and encourage you along this journey! I am an Illinois and Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who has extensive experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University, where the prominent perspective was person-centered therapy. I have worked with several different client populations including couples with marriage difficulties, adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other life adjustment issues, physically and sexually abused adolescents and adults, adolescents with mental health issues related to school, home, adjustment, or mental illness, and even adolescents and adults on the verge of suicide. In working with these populations, I have gained vast experience in family dynamics and feel it is important to focus on the whole system, especially when a child is involved. I have also been trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and I feel many adults and adolescents could greatly benefit from learning these skills. My life experiences are what led me to become a therapist and shaped my deep commitment to supporting others on their healing paths. Over the years, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings — schools, jails, hospitals, and private practice — which has given me a broad understanding of how people cope, survive, and grow in very different environments. I have specialized training in TF‑CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, autism, and women’s mental health, including and perimenopausal/menopausal concerns. These areas of focus allow me to support women across the full spectrum of emotional, hormonal, and life transitions. I look forward to walking alongside you as we navigate this journey together.

I’m Emma Newman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health, women’s health, trauma, personality and mood disorders, and coping skills. My journey into therapy began through my work in mental health treatment, where I saw firsthand the transformative impact that compassionate support and evidence-based interventions can have on individuals navigating life’s challenges. These experiences inspired me to pursue specialized training in trauma, personality disorders, mood disorders, women’s mental health, and other areas of emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, empathetic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one that can help you better understand yourself, navigate difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, women’s health concerns, trauma, mood or personality disorders, or simply struggling to cope with life’s challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you along the way.

Multi-state licensed clinician working with kids to overcome bullying, increase self esteem and build resilience. Summer hours are outside at the Clubhouse in my community where we can access games, create challenges, and talk openly. Parents are able to stay onsite. I actively work to prevent suicide, strengthen parental bond and reduce anxiety. I am able to talk to teachers and provide full assessments. The LOVE Principle sums up my vocation in trauma work and therapy. L.o.v.e means 4 things: Listen Observe Validate Encourage That's my approach. I connect the dots as to why you feel and think the way you do.
