If you’re a woman feeling stretched thin and emotionally drained, therapy can be a place where you finally exhale and feel supported. I help women rebuild connection with themselves and those they love by creating a safe space to explore emotions, release old patterns, and grow with confidence. Whether you're a mom feeling stretched thin, a woman healing from past wounds, or someone craving deeper self-understanding, I walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools so you feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and what brought you here. We’ll talk about your hopes for therapy, any challenges you or your family are facing, and what goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll also share how I approach therapy so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. Most importantly, the first session is about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can begin to feel heard, supported, and not alone in the process
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, compassionate space where clients of all ages feel seen and heard. I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, Adlerian Therapy, and family-centered strategies with a flexible, relational style tailored to each client’s needs. I’m skilled at helping children, teens, and adults build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and improve relationships, all while guiding families toward greater understanding and connection.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with adults, and families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to find a new way forward. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, big emotions, or challenges in relationships and want support in building healthier patterns. I especially enjoy working with parents who want to better understand their child and strengthen their bond, as well as adults who are seeking relief from past hurts and a greater sense of confidence and balance in their lives.
EMDR
I’m trained in EMDR, which is a powerful therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and painful experiences. In sessions, I guide clients through gentle techniques like eye movements or tapping while they focus on a memory or feeling. This helps the brain process it in a new way so the pain feels lighter and less overwhelming. I weave EMDR into my work with children, teens, and adults in a way that feels safe, supportive, and at their own pace.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
In mindfulness-based therapy, we focus on gently bringing your attention back to the present moment. Instead of getting swept up in worries or old patterns, you’ll learn how to pause, breathe, and respond with intention. It’s a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself and build emotional resilience.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
When working with adults, I often use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help untangle the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we notice unhelpful patterns, practice healthier ways of thinking, and build coping tools that make challenges feel more manageable. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered, confident, and capable of creating lasting change in their daily lives.
Somatic
My approach is compassionate, relational, and body-based. I integrate mind-body techniques with emotion coaching and attachment-focused therapy to help you feel calmer, more connected, and better able to navigate stress and relationships. Together, we gently tune into both emotions and the body to release stored stress, strengthen communication, and build a greater sense of safety within yourself and with others. Sessions move at your pace and are designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered in everyday life.

Working with Angie has been a truly transformative experience. From the very first session, she created a space that felt safe, compassionate, and free of judgment. She has an incredible ability to listen deeply and understand not just what’s being said, but what’s felt. I’m deeply grateful for the progress I’ve made with her help :)
