Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1998 (licensed in NJ since 1995). My experience includes working with adults, and adolescents, with mental health challenges. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE) or the treatment of Veterans/clients with PTSD related to trauma.

First session
My first session requires my clients to help me complete an assessment/evaluation, to get to know them better, and move forward with meeting their mental health needs.
Strengths
As a provider, I have a solid understanding of anxiety and trauma, which assists in identifying the challenges that the clients need to process and find solutions for. In addition, my empathy and compassion for helping clients through the therapy process, which can sometimes be very scary, is helpful to meet the client and work at thier pace.

Absolutely love this process, as it allows the client to make changes, as they experience challenges and difficulties, at their on pace.
