Hello! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying so much, and I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy. I’m so glad you’re here. I know what it feels like to struggle, and I want you to know you’re not alone. If you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, I’m here to listen and offer support with a warm, research-based approach. Together, we’ll navigate these challenges and work toward emotional healing and growth. Take this step for yourself—I’d love to walk this journey with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you can begin to share what brought you to therapy. We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing your goals for therapy, and understanding the challenges you're currently facing. I’ll ask some questions to learn more about your background, concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy, my approach, or what the process will look like. My aim is for you to feel comfortable and supported as we begin your journey toward healing and personal growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist is my gentle approach and strong listening skills. I treat each client with deep respect and understanding, creating a space where they feel heard and supported. My focus is on improving emotional well-being, helping clients develop healthier relationships, and fostering a deeper understanding of themselves. It would be an honor to guide you on your journey toward growth and healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love helping clients discover their purpose, build confidence, improve their self-image, and get back on their feet. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing that spark in their eyes after just a few sessions. I enjoy working with adults from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through a wide range of challenges. My approach is personalized to each individual’s unique experiences and goals, providing a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With the use of CBT I've helped clients become aware of negative thinking patterns so they can respond to their situations in healthier ways. Clients found CBT helpful in learning new coping tools to deal with stress, identified ways to manage emotions, learn how to cope with grief, and more.

Attachment-based

With the use of Attachment- based approach we can gain a better understanding on how your early relationships with primary caregivers shaped your current relationships and attachtment styles. I've helped clients create secure attachments styles and learn how to create healthy relationships.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT approach with clients needing help with Emotional Regulation. It's a great approach when we're dealing with anger, borderline personality disorder (BPD), self-harm, suicidal behavior, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Substance use disorder, eating disorders, specifically binge eating disorder and bulimia, and depression.

Somatic

With the use of Somatic therapy I can help you by connecting the mind and body to help you heal and prosper. This approach is great for treating PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety disorders, ADHD, Addictions, and Depressive Disorders.

EMDR

I use EMDR EMDR to help individuals process and heal from traumatic memories or distressing life experiences. While EMDR is most commonly used for people with PTSD, it has also been applied to treat anxiety, depression, phobias, and other emotional difficulties.
