I've had the privilege of working in this field for 5 years, primarily with children, teens, young adults, and their families. During this time, I have gained valuable experience in assisting clients with various challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, executive dysfunction, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and adjusting to life changes. I also specialize in providing support and a safe space to discuss and process concerns and experiences related to LGBTQIA+, neurodivergence, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
