I hold women's issues dear to me which may include domestic violence, divorce, high conflict co-parenting and single parenting. I help women navigate to identify their true self and regain footing.

I am first of all a very empathic human been. In a therapeutic session you will find an empathic listener, who is on your side, to help you make changes, process situations, externalize feelings and see situations with a different lense. With twenty years of experience working with clients I have been exposed to many different life situations, and will do my best to help you in the transition.

I earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova University and began my professional career immediately after graduation. My first job was at a physical rehabilitation hospital where I worked with individuals of all ages. These were patients in treatment for multiple conditions including spinal cord injuries, head injuries, strokes, multiple sclerosis, knee and hip replacements. This experience was the base from where I developed my theoretical framework. For the past 20+ years, I have worked with many individuals and families, each with their own unique challenges and views. Your first session with me will be one of building rapport and getting to know each other better. During this first session, I want to be able to understand your situation and discuss some goals for the short and long term. I believe that psychotherapy is a two-way relationship where your feedback and collaboration is necessary for a successful outcome. I want you to be able to take from therapy more than just relief from your current situation. I want you to be equipped with skills you can use at other points in your life.
