With over a decade of broad clinical experience, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and complex medical concerns. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Social Work from University of Central Florida and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida, as well as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns in Florida.
My professional background includes work in hospital settings, home health, schools, outpatient therapy, and community-based care, allowing me to support clients and families across all stages of life with a well-rounded and practical approach. With this broad array of experience I have found myself working with young children as little as 4 and the oldest being 92.
I specialize in working with older adults and geriatric populations, while also supporting individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, postpartum adjustment, life transitions, chronic illness, new medical diagnoses, and long-term planning concerns.I have extensive experience working collaboratively with families to strengthen communication, improve coping, navigate care-giving responsibilities, and provide emotional support during difficult seasons of life. I also provide therapy for postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety as well as couples counseling.
My name is Wes Conway (US Army Veteran), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate and overcome mental health challenges. I am committed to a collaborative partnership with each of you, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals, in a non-judgmental and empathetic space where you can find hope and lasting change.
Hi, I'm Julia, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and women who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and difficult life experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by overthinking, people-pleasing, low self-confidence, or the pressure of trying to meet other's expectations while neglecting their own needs.
I help those who are struggling during life transitions, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self. I also work with women who find themselves caught in patterns of people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling responsible for other's emotions. Together, we work to create healthier relationships, increase self-worth, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
For teens experiencing anxiety, depression, identity concerns, or social struggles, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.
I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an approach that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. Whether you're carrying effects of childhood trauma, painful relationships, or difficult life events, EMDR can help reduce the emotional impact of those experiences and support healing.
I work with individuals who experience communication difficulties, conflict, trust issues, or relationship stress. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and others while developing healthier ways of communicating and connecting.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on through healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change.

Welcome! My name is Diana and I am an Ohio State University graduate with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am licensed in Ohio (LISW-S) and Florida (LCSW).
My clinical background began in healthcare, where I provided social services, care coordination, and case management to patients experiencing acute and chronic medical illness. In the telehealth space, my work includes helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and depression brought on by various life event changes and challenges.
I am committed to building a trusting relationship through listening, honesty, and empathy. I look forward to working with you and taking the first steps to feeling better.
After a career in the corporate world, I "reinvented" by going back to school to obtain a masters degree in counseling. I have worked at the VA, FL civil commitment prison, a psychiatric hospital and for the last five years counsel for a local hospital system serving a diverse population. Married, 5 kids, (3 adopted), cats and dogs, successes and failures in both business and personal life. I continue to learn how to navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose helping others. I practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but believe the client's language should drive their journey. Being heard and understood is a partnership. Cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they really are. I pledge to always do my best for you.
My name is Mary Vaughan and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Florida. I have been in the mental health business for 35+ years. I love my work and that is the reason have stayed in it as long as I have. I am a military brat and I have moved around in Europe and many states.
Before I begin to work with a client, I tell them some of my background. It is my opinion the client should know something about his/her counselor before we begin our work.
I have had very successful results working with people who suffer from some kind of abuse ( either in childhood or as a young adult.) If abuse has occurred at most any age, the individual may come to me and tell me that they are experincing stress, depression, anxiety and/or panic attacks.
Before beginning counseling, I inform the client that we will have a questioning and answer process. This allows the client and me to get to know each other a little better. Based on the information I gather about my client, we discuss what the client wants from their sessions. The individual and I work together as a team. In this process, the client gains a sense of self-esteem and a sense of control over their lives going forward in the future.
Finding the right "fit" of counselor and client is key to a successful experience for the client. After the counselor gives the client some unique coping skills, the counselor asks the client if these skills might work for them. These coping skills are "Fluid" and can be modified and changed as we proceed in the counseling process.

With over 30 years of public service and a strong foundation in military and clinical care, I bring deep experience, compassion, and understanding to my work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
My journey began in the U.S. military, where I served as a medic in hospitals and clinics across the country. There, I witnessed firsthand the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges—an experience that inspired my lifelong dedication to helping others heal.
Following my service, I spent over two decades in crisis intervention, responding to and supporting individuals in crisis. These years reinforced my belief that empathy, patience, and listening can change lives.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 13 years of experience in the Mental Health field. I received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I truly believe that the answers are within you. I will serve as a guide to assist you with finding appropriate solutions for your situation. It is my intent to meet you where you are and walk with you until you reach your desired destination.
My mission is to inspire others to live their purpose. For over 30 years, I have counseled individuals, couples and families with their relationships. The #1 relationship problem goes beyond communication. It is learning to resolve conflict and becoming stronger through it. It is about accepting differences as different and not wrong. Whether you just want a stronger relationship or you are in a crisis and do not know which way to turn, the only thing holding you back holding right now is probably fear. Ask yourself: What would love do?
It is important for us to have conscious relationships so that our children will have a better chance of being successful in their own relationships. Otherwise we will watch them repeat our mistakes.
Do it for you; do it for them.

Hello,
I am very happy to meet you here. My name is Cassandra Sams, but please call me Sandy. I have been working as a counselor for over 20 years. Most of my experience has been in private practice but I also spent some time in agencies working with children and adolescents. I believe the agency work gave me wonderful opportunities to work with families and to help them navigate very challenging issues like mood disorders and anxiety. I feel very privileged to have been allowed to help parents find new behaviors to help them navigate the world of parenting. I also have been able to help children and adolescents understand their parents' perspectives. Likewise, I really enjoy working with individuals who are dealing with various life transitions such as leaving school to go to college or into the workforce, leaving college and building a career, getting married and having children, or struggling with the mid-life crisis and coping with career changes or life changes such as divorce or deaths of family members. I do not consider myself to be the expert of your life. You are the expert and I am the witness. I feel honored and privileged to be invited into your life experiences and to be a witness to your life's journey. I believe that your story is sacred and I thank you for allowing me to be a part of it. I use cognitive behavioral strategies blended with existential therapy to assist you in discovering what your story is. My hope is that you will learn to love your stories as much as I do.
Hello! I am a LCSW licensed in Florida. I have 22 years experience in the field and 16 years post graduate from USF. When I share my personal journey to becoming a LCSW I always say this field chose me. The experiences I have had in this field are truly awe inspiring and life changing. I hope that through the connections I make with each client, that they leave feeling empowered and inspired that they can lead the life they desire and deserve.
I have experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, military related trauma. I also have experience with chronic illness and death and dying. I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I have worked with all ages during my career.
I currently focus on working with adults. I currently offer Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have chosen these modalities as they focus less on the problem and more on the solution and where you would like to be. They are empowerment based, placing you as the expert in the treatment room and of your own life. I am there merely as a guide to help you uncover your own potential and strengths.
I look forward to working with you.
