I believe therapy is most effective when it feels both supportive and collaborative. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can process trauma, explore challenges, and build the skills they need to live more fully. I offer psychotherapy, therapeutic assessments, and specialized interventions designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing mental health concerns, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships, I aim to help you feel understood and empowered. As I often remind clients, our connection to the world is shaped by the people we engage with. Together, we can build on your existing strengths and experiences to create meaningful change and improve your quality of life. As an athlete, a family man, and a man of faith, I understand the challenges with adjusting to change associated with leaving a sport or career, you love, before you believe your time is up. I understand what it feels like to develop a bond and the challenges with sustaining such bonds. I also understand seeking growth spiritually when there’s so much temptation and triggers that seem to pull me away for my goals. With that, these experiences are what hopefully keep me humble, motivated, and grateful.

Hi, I’m Crystal Rollefson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. Since moving from Hawaii in late 2021, I’ve been working with a small private practice while also beginning to grow my own practice. I hold a Certificate in Play Therapy from Capella University. My professional journey began in substance abuse counseling, where I spent two years supporting adults with addictions, criminal justice involvement, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, combining client-centered care, cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based. I believe in empowering individuals by helping them recognize and build upon their strengths—even when those strengths feel hard to find. Together, we can uncover them. I’m also a strong advocate for self-care and self-love as essential components of mental and physical well-being. I believe meaningful change comes from understanding not only what we do, but why we do it. My practice is grounded primarily in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which focuses on identifying the deeper emotional, relational, and unconscious patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world. Many of the struggles people face today, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, and recurring life patterns, often have roots in earlier experiences that continue to influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to understand these patterns so they no longer have to dictate your life. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients develop greater emotional insight, strengthen their capacity to regulate difficult emotions, improve relationships, and build a more cohesive and authentic sense of self. I believe lasting psychological change occurs when we understand the underlying dynamics that drive our reactions instead of simply learning to manage them. While psychodynamic therapy serves as the foundation of my work, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it is clinically appropriate. CBT can provide practical strategies for challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, reducing symptoms, and building healthier behavioral habits while complementing the deeper exploratory work of psychodynamic therapy. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is thoughtful, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, personality difficulties, relationship concerns, or simply feel stuck in repeating the same patterns, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, develop greater resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

DISCLAIMER: Please do not book me based off of ratings or reviews. Your experience with me will be personal and UNIQUE to YOUR needs, not someone else's needs or experience. Please book me if you perceive I am the right TOOL to use and help you reach your INDIVIDUAL goals. Book me if you are seeking an action-oriented therapist who provides HOMEWORK! Book me if you have insight about your situation, some history with therapy, are seeking solution-focused steps, and are not seeking someone to solely affirm you. I may or may not be the best therapist for newcomers (depends on you) as I ask a lot of questions, which can overwhelm you if you are not used to being questioned. Questioning is to understand you and get to the root of the problem, as well as the excuses used to perpetuate the problem. I am not interested in treating symptoms but rather getting to the core of the problem. If you don't want to do the work, I am just an expensive "Friend". So please be sure that you understand my style before booking me ;-). I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The only way out of pain is through. Not above, below, around but through.. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.

I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach. While uncomfortable feelings might be a commonality (especially in today's world), I believe we are all individuals who learn, experience, and react to situations differently. One thing I know for sure, if everything was going "great" chances are you would not be reading this bio right now. BRAVO to you for taking this monumental step and investing in yourself!!! Hi, I'm Masha Andreoni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 14+ years of professional/educational experience and 49+ years of lived experience. A majority of my work experience has been spent working with Veterans and Active Duty Reservists focusing on post deployment issues, substance use/abuse, and military sexual trauma. Today, I work with individuals/groups/families within a multitude of populations. Most importantly, I do not believe that individuals fit snuggly into a particular mental health "box." For example, if diagnosed with PTSD... there is a good chance that anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present. If struggling with addictions...anxiety, depression insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present (you get it). My focus/goal is to understand where you are coming from, what you hope to achieve, avoid making any particular judgements/labels, and work together as we embrace this journey of solution focused change and betterment. While I can take the time to tell you how my approach is warm, motivating, understanding, open....in the end, this is for you to decide. I can however assure you that regardless of diplomas achieved, I never stop pursuing education in this ever-changing field/world. I am here to be of service. With me comes my personality, knowledge, humor (when appropriate), and respect! Truly looking forward to working with you.

"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being." My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own. Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.

I have been a military spouse for 17 years and have worked with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, family therapy and couples counseling. I love seeing the transformation that can happen when those I work with look at life from a different perspective. When things in life are not going the way we would like we have to change something and I love that therapy can be the reason we can start to work on those changes. I would love to be the one to help you live your best life.

I am a therapist who enjoys building a relationship with my clients by finding how to best understand each other. We may not share a background, but practicing curiosity from a position of genuine interest helps me better understand the people around me and form rapid connections. I believe knowledge and language have power so that the way we think and the information we use to think help us view what we think as changeable and adjust it to be more helpful.
