Hello I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida, a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana and licensed professional counselor in the state of South Carolina. I received my master’s in psychology and mental health counseling from Marist College in Poughkeepsie. NY. I have been practicing for 19 years. I work with clients ages 13 and above helping to manage trauma as well as other stressors from life and teach coping skills to not just manage symptoms but live the best version of the clients self.

With over 17 years of experience in social services and 7 years as a practicing therapist, I have developed a deep appreciation for the power of connection, the courage of my clients, and the transformative nature of safe, consistent therapeutic work. My motivation to work in mental health stems from witnessing, time and again, the profound change that occurs when individuals are truly seen, heard, and supported in a space where they feel emotionally safe.
