Over the course of 18 years in the mental health field, I have experience working with domestic violence victims, family conflict, trauma-related incidents, and emotional and behavioral matters to include depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, low self-esteem, difficulties communicating to include social matters, etc. I can provide domestic violence awareness, conflict resolution and empowerment training, assertive communication skill training, anger management, and parent support. Services I offer include individual, family, and couples therapy with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed care, brief-solution focused and psychoeducational therapeutic modalities during sessions. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Maine with over 25 years' experience working with individuals to help them identify issues that are impacting their mental well-being, their daily lives and relationships. I am based in Florida but am licensed to practice in both Florida and Maine and have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, discrimination due to ethnic background, stress and trauma.
