I'm skilled in a wide range of extremely successful therapies, especially the newer advanced ones that facilitate an easier, more successful life shift. These include everything from the old traditional CBT (changing your thinking = have different feelings), to NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), A.R.T. (an eye movement therapy like EMDR, for easier, deeper, more rapid healing), Gestalt, Hypnotherapy, EFT, The Landmark Forum Advance courses, and guided meditations. I have also run recovery groups specializing in helping people from problems due to addiction in their family (self esteem, ACOA and codependency, etc.).
