I work extensively with people to assist them with improving relationships, work to improve management of anxiety, anger management while improving self-confidence, and self-esteem. I also work with depressive-based symptoms and teach coping and improved thought processes to create a lifelong change to your ability to meet your needs. Together, we will identify what's not working and get you back to a baseline that works for you. I work holistically, my therapy provides tools to support needs within yourself, your relationships, and your family dynamic. If you're dealing with overwhelming emotions and feelings, hurtful relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I also have many years experience working with people with Autism as well as all Applied Behavioral modalities.
