Hola! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and non-profit work. I grew up in Los Angeles, completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University in the Bronx, and now call Ocala, Florida home. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, each with their own unique stories and needs. My work is guided by an integrative approach, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to find what fits best for you. I’ve worked extensively with family systems, intergenerational trauma, parents and children facing behavioral challenges, neurodivergent individuals, women navigating life transitions, and people seeking to better understand themselves and the patterns that may be causing distress, mood difficulties, anxiety, or OCD. Some of my specialties include helping young adults transition into life after high school, supporting parents and partners as they navigate family life, and walking alongside Latina women who are balancing relationships, cultural expectations, independence, and self-care. I believe deeply that every person’s journey is unique. That’s why I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, empowering you to uncover strengths, solutions, and coping strategies that work for your life. While I am trained in CBT and DBT, I see these as tools within a broader, collaborative process. At the heart of my practice is client-centered care — because there is no single path to healing that fits everyone. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that honors your voice, builds on your resilience, and empowers you to move toward the life you want to live.

I’m Jennifer Haynes, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and Founder and Clinical Director of Fr33 Mind LLC. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and helping clients understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and increasingly focused on the connection between the mind and body. Healing can also involve learning how stress and trauma show up in the body, strengthening emotional awareness, developing practical coping skills, building healthier relationships, and reclaiming a greater sense of choice and agency. My advanced credentials and training include CCTP, C-DBT, CAMS-II, CAGCS, Parent Training Specialist II, and additional education in neuropsychotherapy/neurotherapy, mental health and nutrition, and personality disorder treatment. I am also currently completing certification in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), anticipated in March 2027. Through Fr33 Mind, my work continues to expand beyond traditional talk therapy into intensives, groups, embodiment-focused healing, clinical supervision, and wellness experiences. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, feel understood, learn, challenge yourself, and gradually build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Hi! I am a dually licensed therapist in both Florida and North Carolina. I began my education later in my adult life, and believed I had arrived late to the game. But I found that life experience paired with my own belief system, allowed me the opportunity to view life's challenges through a unique lens, and because of that I am non-judgmental and empathetic towards people who are struggling with the hurts life has dealt them. I believe in using a collaborative approach in helping my clients. I use evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Therapy, as well as Christian Counseling. I am supportive, yet direct with empathy, compassion and help you address the barriers in your life that are causing you pain and distress.

I am retired military and after serving for twenty-four years, I felt compelled to redirect my life toward caring for others in a more personal and meaningful way. I decided that clinical therapy would best tie into my natural and learned abilities as well as my desire to help people. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University Of Southern California with a primary focus in Children, Youth, and Families. I chose this focus because I believe every aspect of the family is important from the individual to the couple and family with children, and in many cases, the extended family. I am EMDR trained. I am also certified to work with all anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience working with neurotypical and neurodivergent clients living with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Hello! I work with people who want help finding ways to live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I help people recognize their strengths as we work together to overcome difficulties. Almost all of us struggle with many of the same questions. "Am I good enough?" "Why do I feel like I don't matter?" "Will I ever be truly happy when I seem to make the same choices over and over again?" Do you want to manage anxiety? Do you feel depressed? Have you experienced a trauma? Do you find yourself unable to finish projects or find your car keys? Are the kids struggling? Whatever is going wrong, a safe place to talk, knowing your trust will never be compromised, is a wonderful gift you can give yourself. During the first visit, we'll talk about what you want to see happen. Together will come up with a plan. Lasting change is possible. You can create a happy and fulfilling life.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in painful patterns that make it hard to manage daily life, relationships, or your sense of self-worth. Sometimes these struggles are tied to current life challenges, and other times they are connected to earlier experiences that continue to affect how you feel, relate to others, and respond to stress today. Therapy can help you better understand what is going on and begin making meaningful changes. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking licensed psychotherapist and the author of Healing Childhood Trauma. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties. I help clients explore the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building healthier ways of coping, relating, and moving through daily life. My approach is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I work with respect for your pace and aim to create a space where you can better understand your experiences, work through emotional pain, and build more secure patterns in your life and relationships. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I support you through this process with the goal of helping you feel more secure, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. When you feel ready to begin, I invite you to schedule our first session today.

Sometimes life blows up in a way you never saw coming. A relationship ends. Someone lies to you. Trust gets shattered. You lose someone you love. Anxiety starts taking over your brain. Or you wake up one day and realize the life you thought you were building is not the life you actually have. A lot of the people I work with are functioning just fine on the outside while internally thinking, What the hell just happened to my life? They're replaying conversations, second-guessing themselves, trying to make sense of someone else's behavior, wondering whether they missed something, and feeling completely exhausted by their own thoughts. You don't need to show up with a diagnosis or a beautifully organized explanation of what's wrong. You can bring the messy version. I'm not a therapist who is going to sit silently for 50 minutes, nod occasionally, and then ask how that made you feel. I am engaged. I ask questions. I notice patterns. I will tell you what I'm seeing. I will validate what deserves validation, and I will also challenge you when I think you are getting stuck, avoiding something important, or being much harder on yourself than the situation actually calls for. There is room here for grief, anger, confusion, ugly truths, dark humor, bad decisions, overthinking, faith, and the occasional sentence that starts with, "I know this sounds crazy, but..." I work especially well with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, complicated relationships, and major life changes. What happened matters. But I do not want the worst thing that happened to you to become the organizing principle for the rest of your life.

Trained as a psychologist (Ph.D. from Cornell University). Some 20 years later I earned a second graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I am a fully licensed therapist in the State of Florida. I have taught psychology at Princeton, Tulane, Cornell, and Harvard Medical School. We will spend most of our time creating solutions, instead of analyzing problems. So often, therapy gets bogged down in the endless exploration of problems. Problems are the results of behaviors that didn't work for you in the past. Solutions flow from changes that will work for you starting right now. Solutions make your life better. They bring joy and peace to your life.
