Thank you for taking the first step to feeling better about yourself and your life, or the life of someone who you care about, in looking for a competent and experienced therapist. My name is James Neeck. I am hoping that I can be the person who supplies the help and support that you or your loved one needs, as you or they engage in the change effort. I have over 20 years of experience in working with adolescents, young adults, children, and adults. Additionally, I have experience in working with first responders (police, fire, emergency medical personnel); members of the military, and veterans. As a therapist, my primary goal is to provide my clients with the most competent and professional services that I can offer them. I recognize the importance of the therapeutic relationship, in partnering with my clients in the change effort. Whether the issue is: trauma, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, relationship issues, or other emotional or mental health concern, my focus is to develop a plan with my client and to work toward the goals that they want or need to achieve in therapy. I consider being able to aid my clients in being where they want or need to be in their lives, both an honor and a privilege.

When life gives us the unexpected sometimes, we need support systems that may seem untraditional to some. As a therapist, I welcome all the doubts that you may have about engaging in the therapeutic process. Therapy is a partnership, meaning I will be there to motivate and challenge you to arrive at the desired outcome. Most of my career has had a focus on working with individuals who suffer from dual diagnosis, trauma, and poor coping skills. Each treatment plan is developed personally for each individual meeting their own personal needs. My primary treatment orientation includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I also have a passion for working with those suffering from burnout in the workplace and those seeking personal self-care plans. My interaction from beginning to end will also include trauma-informed care. I thank you in advance for letting me help you achieve one of your many goals in life, freedom from the bondage that is holding you from your peace!

* I am never enough and somehow always too much.* * I have always felt like the black sheep of the family.* Does this sound familiar? From the outside, you look like you have it all together, but on the inside it feels like a completely different story. You may feel worn down by constant worries and sadness, overwhelmed, or on edge. You might not even remember a time when things felt easier. But one thing is clear: you are ready for relief. You are ready to feel calm. You are ready to feel grounded and at peace with yourself. Most of all, you are ready to rediscover your true, confident self. Let's move past the outside noise and focus on real change.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Mind-Body-Soul Coach, I work with seasoned therapy clients who are ready to take their therapy to the next level and dive deeper. My approach moves beyond the surface of traditional talk therapy to integrate holistic health for the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul. With specialized certifications in Spiritually Integrated Therapy and Integrative Mental Health, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and holistic wisdom. Whether we are incorporating your unique spiritual beliefs or exploring natural alternatives for emotional well-being, our work is tailored to your specific path. I will teach you practical tools to balance your nervous system through strengthening the Vagus Nerve, allowing you to build genuine resilience to trauma and daily stressors. Through this deep work, we will identify past patterns that no longer serve you, and we will alchemize your pain into power. Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions. I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life. In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs. For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences. Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes. Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational betrayal, or a major life transition you don’t have to process these emotions alone. Treating behavior alone doesn't heal the root cause because our bodies carry the stories our minds struggle to process. In our sessions, we slow down. I will guide you to notice where emotions are being held in your body, help you name them, and identify the 'story' and needs behind that feeling. Together, we learn to honor those needs, providing the relief and self-trust that talk therapy alone often misses. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my desire to help people heal beneath the surface and reclaim their sense of identity and authentic self. My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, meaning I blend evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, and Narrative therapy based on your unique needs. However, the core of my work is a somatic, 'bottom-up' approach. This is based on the belief that emotions and trauma are stored in the body and that treating behavior alone doesn't heal the root cause. The approaches used in session, help clients to manage overwhelming emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and release the stress their bodies hold onto after trauma. These methods help clients find relief from anxiety, depression, grief, and relational betrayal in ways that last beyond the therapy room.

I have been a practicing social worker for more than 30 years . Much of this experience has been working in a large public teaching hospital in Miami, Florida. The scope of service that the hospital provides is quite comprehensive which afforded me opportunities to work with a very diverse population . i have counseled patients and their families dealing with a variety of illnesses, both physical and mental health, survivors of sexual assault, and also providing counseling to patients in a correctional setting. I like challenging situations. My style of counseling is very eclectic, depends on the client and their unique set of problems. This can range from client centered, solution oriented or cognitive behavioral as many people are coming to therapy to learn new ways of thinking and alternative coping strategies. For the past two years, I have been involved in teletherapy providing psychotherapy to clients that are experiencing such problems as anxiety, depression, employment, relationship, and interpersonal difficulties. Also I have been providing counseling to teenagers dealing with the above issues and involving their parents when indicated.

Hello, my name is Luiza and I am the owner/therapist of FIT MIND counseling services. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in FL & MA and a Licensed Professional Counselor in DC, GA & VA. I am from Brazil, and I speak Portuguese as well :) I can understand Spanish pretty well too, but I do not speak fluently. FIT MIND counseling services enjoys empowering clients finding a more meaningful way to live their lives and assisting them learning about the importance of self-love. Helping clients to focus on themselves and on their self-care is a precious thing. When they learn to embrace and unconditionally love for being themselves, they become stronger in the face of negativity and more able to hold onto positive thoughts when faced with challenges. Mental illness is as real as any physical illness. We talk normally about cancer and diabetes, although the same should apply to mental illness. Emotional and mental health are just as important as the physical health of a human being. The emotional trauma that a brain endures in various of the human life cycle can be damaging and in the long run, just as detrimental as a psychical illness. People donate their organs, but they cannot donate their brains. Some people live with human-made hearts, but there is no such thing as human-made brains. I believe that our brain is the most important organ in our human body, so why don’t we start taking good care of it? Therapy is not only for people with mental illness. Therapy is for everyone. We all have faced or currently face some hardships in life. Talking to a therapist can help you deeply in improving your mental health, decrease your stress and live with more joy and intention! Welcome! My name is Corina and I hold a license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I went to school at Palm Beach Atlantic University for both my undergrad and masters education. Palm Beach Atlantic University is a Christian University and I feel grateful to have attended this school as it has created the person I am today. I believe that my faith has developed me into the counselor I am today and I function with that mentality in counseling. Jesus is the great counselor and I believe that we are to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I have been working in the counseling field for 8 years and have been licensed for 4 of those years. I have worked the majority of my career in an in-patient addictions center and have expanded to outpatient and in-home therapy with a couple of different community agencies. In those agencies, I have offered services to children from the ages of 4 to adults in their 60s, as well as family therapy. I have worked with an array of issues not limited to family conflict, relationship issues, communication, drugs and alcohol, anger, stress, coping skills and many other life issues. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a modality that I primarily work with and at times borrows from other modalities when it is fit. My goal is to build a real, raw and positive relationship while being compassionate and empathetic. I will be sensitive but also direct in my efforts to help you find solutions to your current and/or past issues. I also believe that incorporating the use of coping skills, boundaries and communication will increase the quality of life as well as the quality of relationships. I believe all interactions are the beginning of potential flourishing relationships. With that said, I think that as we grow in counselor and client relationships, this very relationship will better help you with your relationships with family, friends and co-workers. I am excited to meet you and to work with you as you learn new ways to live your very best life! Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey.

Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep. I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people. I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.

I am a clinical social worker, therapist & life coach. I collaborate with clients in facilitating their ability to navigate their journey through change. I provide clients the opportunity to learn, change and grow, and I provide guidance for them to learn healthy adaptive ways to improve their response to encounters with life stressors and challenging life situations. Clients are engaged in various evidence based therapeutic interventions and the exploration and discovery of their untapped potential, so they can harness the necessary skills and strategies to facilitate behavioral change. In the scope of my practice I aim to empower clients through sessions that are based on a holistic, client driven approach. I view clients through the lens of their personal environment, as their well-being is significantly shaped by their life experiences. In addressing clients presenting issues, I take into consideration the correlation between their presenting issues and their environment; i.e., social, cultural and physical, that contribute to current challenging life circumstances. Focus is given to past experiences and current situations to help them navigate their therapy encounter and future successfully.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating intimacy challenges, compulsive sexual behaviors, trauma, and relationship concerns. My doctoral research focused on trauma-informed treatment for compulsive sexual behaviors, which I bring into my clinical work with compassion, respect, and a nonjudgmental approach. I understand how difficult it can feel to navigate disconnection, conflict, or shame, especially when intimacy, sexuality, or past trauma are involved. My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, shame-resilient, and inclusive. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients from all backgrounds feel respected and supported, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, engage in kink or BDSM, or practice consensual non-monogamy or polyamory. Together, we'll explore your unique experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical tools for resilience, communication, and self-compassion. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, somatic interventions, and shame resilience principles to create a personalized path toward healing, connection, and lasting growth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience, and my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and culturally aware space where you can genuinely feel seen and understood. My work centers on helping people navigate emotional ups and downs, major life transitions, and the lingering impact of early experiences that still shape how they move through the world today. I lean on evidence-based approaches, but I bring them into the room in a real, grounded way—so we’re not just talking about what’s hard, but actually uncovering root patterns and building tools that support real, lasting change. And before anything else, I want to acknowledge that choosing to show up for your mental health is huge. Taking that first step says a lot about your strength and your desire to grow, and I’m here to support you through that process.

I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor, located in Florida. I use humor and honesty, and I believe in the power of validation. I can help you work through common stressors such as workplace issues, relationship issues, and anxiety, and I can help you figure out who you are. I believe you are who you are because of your life experiences, but that does not mean you can't change and become who you want to be. I specialize in helping people who have chronic pain or medical issues. I have been living with Young-Onset Parkinson’s Disease (I am 56) for 12 years, and I understand the challenges, both physically and mentally, of living with a diagnosis, any diagnosis. I may not be able to take the diagnosis away. , but I can help you with the inevitable depression and anxiety that may come with it. The mind/body connection is real.

Anxiety, depression, and relationship issues are experiences that many of us encounter at various times in our lives. If you are feeling overwhelmed by negative emotions or believe you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any combination of stressors affecting your peace of mind and relationships, "you don't have to keep feeling this way." You are not alone in your struggles, and you deserve to regain the peace of mind and joy that seem to elude you right now. "Let's find a way forward together - with compassion, clarity, and lasting change." My primary goal is to help you transition from merely feeling good to truly living well. Whether you are facing a specific crisis or a slow accumulation of challenges that has left you feeling unlike yourself, my clinical work offers a safe, judgment-free space to begin moving toward greater clarity and well-being. I draw on a carefully integrated blend of evidence-based frameworks, selecting and tailoring techniques based on each client's unique needs, history, and goals. My therapeutic approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mind-body techniques. This approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change requires attending to the whole person — mind, body, and the relational world we inhabit. Through ACT, you will learn to be more psychologically present, connect with your values, and make space for life’s inevitable pain. You will also discover how to take actionable steps despite emotional discomfort and cultivate an appreciation for each moment in your life. While my specialty is brief therapy, some situations may require an extended therapeutic relationship, which can be beneficial for adults and parents dealing with complex mental health challenges and navigating difficult child-rearing adjustments at home.

Is life feeling heavy right now? Does it feel like the harder you try, the more lost you become? When navigating a major life transition—like a recent loss, an empty nest, a career shift, or an ending relationship—your mind tries to think its way through the change, but your nervous system carries the actual burden. If you have spent months talking about your stress in therapy but your body still feels exhausted, anxious, or stuck, somatic work may be the missing piece. I provide a warm, gentle space specializing in somatic (body-centered) therapy and mindfulness for women experiencing: The heavy, physical ache of deep burnout and grief A constant tightness in the chest or unshakeable fatigue Feeling completely disconnected from your own body We won’t just analyze your overwhelm; we will work together to help your body safely release it. You don’t have to navigate this threshold alone. Let’s help you breathe a little deeper and feel truly grounded again. Please Note: I believe healing burnout starts with modeling it. I deliberately limit my client slots so I can show up with total clinical presence, depth, and intention—giving you a calm, grounded space to slow down and heal.

Hi, I’m Shari. With more than 26 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I believe every person has inherent worth that exists beyond their struggles, diagnoses, or life circumstances. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to seeing people through mercy and grace, recognizing dignity beyond dysfunction, strength alongside suffering, and hope even in life's most difficult seasons. These principles shape how I understand each client's story and guide the therapeutic relationship we build together. I recognize that many of the ways people cope with anxiety, trauma, grief, or life's challenges began as creative ways to survive difficult circumstances. Rather than defining people by their symptoms or past experiences, I seek to understand their unique story, honor the resilience that has carried them this far, and help them build healthier patterns that support lasting healing and growth. I also believe spirituality is a source of meaning, hope, and resilience that is distinct from religious beliefs or practices. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, I respect your values and will thoughtfully incorporate them into therapy only if they are important to you. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, chronic illness, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths so you can move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
