Hey, My name is Ariel, If you're reading this, you may be carrying challenges that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult to navigate alone. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, know that you don't have to have all the answers before starting therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Together, we can work toward greater balance, healing, and confidence as you move forward in your journey. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, practical, and culturally responsive. I believe meaningful change begins when people feel understood rather than judged. Together, we explore the experiences, relationships, patterns, and circumstances that have shaped your life while identifying strengths and developing tools that support lasting growth.
As a Black woman first and clinician second, I recognize that culture, identity, family dynamics, community, and life experiences all play important roles in mental health. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming space where clients can show up authentically, discuss difficult topics openly, and feel supported throughout their healing journey.
I love working with clients who are looking to do the work to manage and improve their overall quality of everyday life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
I use reality therapy to allow clients to explore their expectation and process what actually happened in order to grieve and make a different choice moving forward.
