Hi, I'm David Hobbs. I’ve been practicing as a licensed psychologist for more than 25 years, primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy as an effective tool to treat anxiety and depression. As these can be emotionally debilitating conditions, addressing these issues can improve one’s sense of well-being, and thus their lives in general, dramatically. For the past 5 years, I have incorporated spirituality into my treatment regimen, thus addressing that aspect of one's personality in relation to improving their overall sense of emotional well-being. I have recently authored a book, "God is Love, Revelations From Spiritually Transformative Experiences," to help enlighten others who have questions about God and spirituality, and incorporate these lessons into their everyday lives.

Hi! I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist based out of Montana with licenses in Florida and Montana. I have 13 years of experience working with adults and groups. I have 7 years of experience working with a bariatric population. I work with adults who want to learn how to use nutrition and physical activity to improve their physical and mental well-being. I also use evidence-based therapies and techniques and teach my clients how to use these same techniques to improve their lives! I work with high-functioning individuals who need some guidance in meeting their goals.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in the state of Florida, and I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of mental health settings—from substance abuse treatment facilities to crisis stabilization centers. These experiences have taught me that healing rarely follows a straight path, and that every individual carries a unique story, shaped by struggle, resilience, and hope.
I believe meaningful change comes from understanding not only what we do, but why we do it. My practice is grounded primarily in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which focuses on identifying the deeper emotional, relational, and unconscious patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world. Many of the struggles people face today, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction, and recurring life patterns, often have roots in earlier experiences that continue to influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to understand these patterns so they no longer have to dictate your life.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients develop greater emotional insight, strengthen their capacity to regulate difficult emotions, improve relationships, and build a more cohesive and authentic sense of self. I believe lasting psychological change occurs when we understand the underlying dynamics that drive our reactions instead of simply learning to manage them.
While psychodynamic therapy serves as the foundation of my work, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it is clinically appropriate. CBT can provide practical strategies for challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, reducing symptoms, and building healthier behavioral habits while complementing the deeper exploratory work of psychodynamic therapy.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is thoughtful, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, personality difficulties, relationship concerns, or simply feel stuck in repeating the same patterns, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, develop greater resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that honors your voice, builds on your resilience, and empowers you to move toward the life you want to live.
Hi! I am Claudia Nichols. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Alabama and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for 20 years. During this time, I had the opportunity to assess and treat individuals of all ages who were struggling with many different stressors.
The primary focus of my practice at present is to assist clients with identifying areas for change so that they can reduce negative symptoms and improve his or her quality of life.
Welcome! I'm LaVon
You've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. Starting therapy can feel exciting, confusing, or even a little scary, sometimes all at once. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe exploring what's weighing on you, whether that's trauma, anxiety, depression, or just needing room to reconnect with yourself. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. If you're carrying something from your past, whether from childhood or adulthood, I want to help you unpack it in a space that's judgment-free and centered on you. Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
As a marriage and family therapist, I help couples move from feeling disconnected and stuck in the same arguments back to feeling like partners again. I have a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, with over nine years of experience working with couples from a variety of backgrounds, orientations, and cultures. I believe life is about relationships first and everything else is just details. For more on how I work, visit eileenkristina.com.
I became a therapist after experiencing a season in my own life when I struggled to find a provider I could truly connect with. That experience shaped the way I practice today. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, unfamiliar, or even intimidating, especially when you are accustomed to being the person who holds everything together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, career dissatisfaction, identity, intimacy, and the emotional weight of constantly showing up for others. I am especially passionate about helping people who appear capable and accomplished on the outside but may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or exhausted underneath it all.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, become curious about yourself, and understand the patterns, experiences, and expectations that have shaped how you move through the world. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, emotional freedom, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are becoming—not simply who you have had to be.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or unhealthy relationship patterns, you don't have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and together we can help you move toward a calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
I'm Paula Arce, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, codependency, and relationship challenges. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps people process traumatic experiences and reduce emotional distress.
My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with clients to identify the beliefs, behaviors, and relationship patterns that keep them feeling stuck while building practical skills to manage emotions, strengthen boundaries, and create lasting change.
I also provide couples counseling focused on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. For clients who desire it, I can incorporate Christian principles into therapy while always respecting each person's beliefs and goals.
I believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move from emotional pain toward hope, confidence, and resilience.
If you're ready to take the first step, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
