Hello. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and have experience working with diverse populations, including Hispanic-Latino communities, Medicare patients, and seniors. I help people overcome life challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, as well as work on motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My background in counseling psychology has provided me with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, allowing me to effectively support clients on their path to healing and personal empowerment. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. While my primary language is Spanish, I am also fluent in English.
