Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing in Florida since 2012. I strive to help individuals and couples without judgement, providing feedback and support when needed. I understand the difficulty in reaching out for help, and will do my best to offer the support that is needed. I try to conduct myself with honesty and care, and believe my clients recognize that.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
As a provider I will listen without judgement, and do my best to help clients overcome their challenges. I am also very punctual, as my client’s time is important.
I have experience running a conflict resolution program, which has proven to be very useful in assisting couples. I have also worked with a wide range of mental health issues, from people simply wanting to improve themselves to trauma.

I was encouraged by my wife to join grow therapy. I have never participated in therapy. Erica is a complete pleasure to spend time with. She gives solid insight from her experiences, and genuinely cares about each topic we discuss. She remembers things I have said from sessions long ago. This type of one on one communication that both parties are totally engaged in maybe was available in the 1960's. To have such a skilled and valued acquaintance suchnas Erica in 2025, is beyond a treasure.
