I'm Patt Somasri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. I would like to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Therapy to me is about collaborating, and making personalized plan to match your unique needs. Rather than believing there is one "right" way to heal, you are in control of what "right" is for you.
My therapy style is eclectic as I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and distressing memories.
I am Shamona McFadden, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have over 15 years experience providing therapeutic interventions and consulting in areas where stagnation or obstacles hinder clients from performing at a certain level of normalcy. I believe in a well-rounded approach to wellness specializing in mental health, relationships, family therapy, fitness/nutrition, and much more. It is imperative for clients to understand the process included in therapy to not only feel better, but to also maintain a certain level of health through self-care once sessions are completed.
I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Therapist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, trauma, and self-esteem concerns.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and a systemic perspective, recognizing that our experiences are shaped by our relationships, family systems, and environment. In Narrative Therapy, I believe that the problem is the problem, not the person. Together, we work to separate individuals from the challenges they face, helping them develop more empowering and meaningful life stories.
I also integrate mindfulness-based interventions to help clients increase self-awareness, manage difficult emotions, and remain grounded during times of stress. My goal is to meet clients where they are, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
I work with adults (18+) and couples, offering services across Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Indiana. My practice focuses on individual growth, relationship dynamics, and relational wellness. I am currently completing specialized training with the Sexual Health Alliance as I pursue Board Certification as a Sex Therapist, bringing an informed, inclusive, and modern approach to intimacy, communication, and sexual well-being. My practice is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in creating a safe, neutral space for your personal and relational goals.
I am committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and supportive space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations. To ensure our sessions remain a focused and neutral space for your personal growth, I do not incorporate discussions or disclosures regarding political affiliations or religious beliefs into my practice. This boundary allows us to prioritize your clinical goals and maintain a dedicated environment for your mental wellness.
Hello,
I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.
Hello, I'm Chantale Pierre, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care. At my practice, I strive to help individuals build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. Together, we work toward healing, personal growth, and achieving the goals that matter most to you.
My name is Sharon Ehrlich and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working as a Therapist. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors and a Masters in Social Work. I became licensed two years after I graduated and received this license in the State of Florida. I have experience working with children and families in the foster care system, children at school and adults in a hospital setting in the Behavioral Health Unit. I have worked with clients who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, school stress, and conflicts in the family. I use a client centered approach and start where the client is and take it from there. The client's goals are important and the sessions will focus on what the client would like to work on first.
It takes courage to ask for help and I'm so happy that you did. We can work on these goals together and please let me know when you would like to set up a session. :)

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

I specialize in working with trauma, relationships, and life transitions—including the profound moments of birth and death. I believe we all hold the answers within us, even if life’s struggles make them hard to hear. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and trust, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and uncover a deeper sense of self. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking greater clarity and growth, you deserve support that honors your unique journey.

I provide clients with a space full of compassion and support to help them overcome obstacles and move forward in life. My therapeutic experience mostly consists of services provided to adult and adolescent clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and stress related issues. I tailor various therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing according to the client’s individual needs and wants. I believe that everyone is entitled to pursue and live a fulfilling and happy life. I believe that a large part of wellness is having healthy, meaningful relationships, not just with others, but with ourselves.
In therapy with me, there’s no judgment, no fluff, and no “one-size-fits-all” solutions. We’ll start where you are whether that’s putting out fires in your daily life or addressing deeper wounds that keep pulling you back. I combine Brainspotting, practical tools, and direct conversation to help you manage today’s struggles while healing the past. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence. I also work with therapists, first responders, and others carrying the weight of the world.
My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing is messy but possible. Together, we’ll create a space to explore your emotions, uncover patterns, and build strategies that work for you. It’s not about perfection it’s about progress and reclaiming your life on your terms.

We will use a holistic approach using our body, mind, and spirit in a safe and compassionate space to grow and get back to peace and balance. I use an integrative approach which draws on several therapeutic orientations. I take the entire person, community, family, socio-economic and cultural aspects that all have an influence on your life circumstances. I then work with you to identify your strengths and build confidence to take on the challenge of change. I have enjoyed 38 years of clinical practice in a variety of settings, and a wide spectrum of ages and cultures. I truly enjoy people and I am certain that I can find a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. Seeking therapy can be scary at first but you are courageous. Whatever your unique situation may be, I look forward to working with you to work on your goals.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
Hi there!
You’ve come to the right place if you’re feeling stuck, tired of repeating the same old patterns in your life or relationships, or longing for something deeper, a happier, more meaningful life. Maybe you’ve tried changing before and felt afraid or unsure of how to move forward. I see you, and you’re not alone.
I’m new to Grow, but I bring years of experience as a therapist working with individuals from all walks of life; different ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, approachable, and supportive, while also challenging them to see things in new ways. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves the chance to create the life they want, and no one should feel like they have to do it alone.
In our sessions, you’ll find a warm and collaborative space. I’ll meet you where you are, help you uncover what truly matters to you, and start making real change right away. You’ll leave our first meeting with practical tools you can begin using immediately, and daily “homework” to keep the progress going.
Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with diverse populations providing compassionate and evidence based care to individuals, families, and groups navigating mental health issues, grief, life transitions, and trauma. In working together we will build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and learn how to navigate challenges. My goal is to empower you and improve your overall wellbeing.
Sessions with me are warm, supportive, and genuine. I show up as my authentic self—relatable, engaged, and sometimes even humorous—while using evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to build a strong, consistent therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, understood, and supported every step of the way. I want to support you in life transitions, stressful emotions, navigating anxiety, and helping you to love who you are. I want clients to look forward to meeting each week and to feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Together, we focus on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, building healthier coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and creating meaningful changes that improve daily functioning and overall well-being.
I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.
I’m a trauma-informed, compassionate therapist who believes healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and safe. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back while also receiving practical, achievable tools that lead to real and lasting change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’ve worked across a wide range of clinical settings, which allows me to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals.
My work includes participation in Family Programs and co-facilitation of trauma intensives such as A Hero’s Journey and The Path to Healing. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy (PIT), supporting clients with Complex Trauma, Childhood Trauma, PTSD, and unresolved grief and loss.
I also specialize in stress, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, personality patterns, attachment and intimacy issues, and addictions of all kinds. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in helping you move forward—not stay stuck in therapy.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship and a genuine commitment to your healing. If you’re looking for a therapist who combines compassion with clarity and direction, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
