I have been a clinician in the mental health field since 2018 and have worked across a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your background, current concerns, and what you’d like to gain from our work together. This session is also about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My goal is to begin building a trusting relationship and to collaborate with you on setting goals that feel meaningful and realistic. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone—we’ll take the first steps together.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. These approaches provide practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and emotional distress while building healthier coping strategies. I also integrate mindfulness techniques, self-esteem building exercises, and strengths-based approaches to support confidence, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, ensuring therapy feels both effective and empowering.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is providing an affirming, non-judgmental space for my clients to feel seen, heard, and supported. I combine evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a compassionate, collaborative style. Clients often share that they appreciate my ability to balance empathy with practical tools that help them manage anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. I am passionate about helping individuals build confidence, strengthen their sense of identity, and create meaningful change in their lives.
