Tracy Cirelli is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 25 years of experience within the field of psychotherapy. I serve various adult and geriatric populations from all walks of life. I specialize in the treatment of; trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief and loss, substance abuse/addiction, relationship and life transition difficulties, chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders. I believe that my clients are distinct individuals whom each bring their unique problems and challenges to the therapy setting, therefore I customize specific therapy interventions to the individual needs of each client. My interventions may include; Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Socratic Questioning, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Resolution and Strategic Relapse Prevention. I am passionate about developing a collaborative working relationship with my clients, assisting them in identifying their strengths and goals, and providing the guidance and tools necessary for them to live their best life. Furthermore, I am highly sensitive to the concerns and apprehensions of the clients new to the therapy process. In my spare time I spending time with family and pets, enjoying the outdoors, hiking, kayaking and road tripping and exploring the beaches of Sunny Florida. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and review your expectations and desired outcomes for you therapy experience. I will inform you how the therapy process works and answer any questions you may have. Then I can assist you in identifying the specific challenges you're facing which my be impeeding the life that want to live. This will help me create a tailored plan, with your input, for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
