Hello and welcome! My name is Claudia and I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) counselor with an eclectic approach geared toward your individualized needs. I strive to empathically listen to narratives, within a nonjudgmental positive regard stance to best support you through self-discovery, generational healing, and values exploration. I specialize in C-PTSD/Trauma Stress, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Neurodivergence. As a multicultural competent counselor, I am always updating and educating myself with laws/ ethical considerations, social movements, and the needs of the discriminated, oppressed and marginalized community.
