I’m a licensed mental health counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist based in Miami, Florida, with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional challenges. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and depression, and I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be a safe place to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—and to begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you need, we’ll work together to help you feel more in control, more empowered, and more connected to yourself and the people you care about.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based approaches to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. That means we might gently challenge self-critical thinking, find new ways to manage anxiety or stress, or work on setting healthy boundaries in relationships. I also draw from systems theory in my work with couples and families, helping clients recognize how past dynamics may be influencing present struggles—and how to build new, healthier ways of relating.
My clients often tell me they feel a sense of relief just being able to speak openly, without pressure to have all the answers. I believe therapy is not about fixing you—because you're not broken. It’s about giving you the space and tools to care for yourself in a deeper way.
If you’re ready to begin this process, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I have a Masters Degree in Social Work and am also a Master Reiki Therapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practioner (EFT) and Advanced Level Intergrated Energy Therapist (IET) . Then, empower you to make the changes that will lead you to a more fulfilling and peaceful life. It will be my honor to guide and support you along your journey of creating a happy, healthy you.
There are times in all of our lives when we experience challenging emotional situations. When these situations arrive we can benefit from the support of a person outside of our inner circle. No problem is too minor, severe, or unusual to be explored and healed. I approach my clients with care so that together we can built a plan that will help them achieve their goals.
Hello and Welcome, I’m Thiffany.
Thank you for choosing to connect with me.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and my mission is to help you.
I am currently only accepting new clients via teletherapy. After attending therapy myself, I realized how convenient teletherapy was in reaching my goals and feeling a sense of ownership over my time with fewer stressors to contemplate my ability to succeed (i.e. accounting for traffic time or taking time off work). Seeking help should come with fewer barriers and I want to provide you with that same peace of mind. I view therapy through a holistic viewpoint, in which I use the mind and body to help you get to the wellness you deserve.
I am trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and as a Prepare-Enrich facilitator. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My counseling experience is with youth, adolescence, adults, couples, and families.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.
Have you been experiencing feelings of frustration and disappointment, low self-esteem or low self-worth, frustration with poor decision making, an addiction to prescriptions or illegal substances etc? Working with me I can help you become empowered, help you find and set goals, begin to feel worthy and free yourself of any self-made prison.

Starting therapy can be a difficult process. I make this process as easy for you as possible. Therapy starts with us getting to know each other and for me to understand your needs for treatment. As a therapist, I help you become the best version of yourself. My job is to give you the skills to manage difficulties when they occur. Situations occur that you may not feel equipped to handle. Let me support you to help you get through and gain insight about yourself and your ability to handle things in the future. I provide a comfortable and non-intrusive environment. I work with people to help them develop a strong sense of self, learn to have healthier relationships, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, and other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and learn to be less impulsive. If you have moments when you think you should reach out for help or support, even if the thoughts are fleeting, I encourage you to reach out to me for support.
