Hi, I’m Eryka! I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment while working toward meaningful growth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-understanding, and work toward helping you feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and empowered in your daily life.
Hi! I'm Shenita, a licensed mental health counselor for the last 11 years. During this time, I've worked with veterans (battling mental health/substance abuse challenges), couples (relationship counseling), children (emotional regulation/behavior modification), and parenting (parenting psychoeducation).
My clients would describe me as relatable, respectful, and dedicated to their personal growth. I approach therapy from a team perspective. My goal is to help my clients navigate this thing called life through self-empowerment, distress tolerance/healthy coping mechanisms, and the ability to pivot when necessary. Let me help you become the author of your own life's story!!
If you’re here, you might be carrying pain that started long before adulthood—pain from childhood experiences, family dynamics, or relationships that taught you to stay small, silent, or strong for others. You might still hear those old internal messages: “I’m not enough,” “I’m too much,” or “I have to hold everything together.” I want you to know: you don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and inner child work. I help trauma survivors, anxious overthinkers, chronic self-critics, and those healing from emotionally complicated families reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels safe, calm, and authentic. I bring five years of experience working with individuals who feel stuck between who they are and who they want to become.
My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I show up as a real human—not a distant clinician—offering a balance of compassion, clarity, and practical tools. I help you understand your emotional world, reconnect with the parts of you that learned to survive, and begin healing the inner child who deserved more care, safety, and love than they received.
In therapy, you’ll learn to regulate overwhelming emotions, break cycles of self-doubt, understand your triggers, and finally build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself. I work from a place of inclusivity, authenticity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start truly living—to feel safer in your body, kinder toward yourself, and more connected to who you were meant to be—I’m here to walk beside you. Your healing starts now.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Lynn University and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults 35 and over struggling with life stress and family dysfunction. I believe these underlying issues compose our personalities and affect how we interact with others and cause an impact on present relationships, jobs and self-esteem. The symptoms of these historical issues are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and an ability to feel good about oneself.

I help adults struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. My approach is practical, structured, and collaborative. I combine evidence-based trauma therapies with clear goals to help clients develop effective coping skills, process difficult experiences, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and create meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than two decades in competitive corporate environments where long hours, high expectations, and constant pressure were the norm. After earning an MBA from George Washington University and completing postgraduate work at Emory University, I experienced firsthand how chronic stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and unresolved personal issues can affect both professional success and life outside of work. This background helps me connect naturally with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and others navigating demanding careers, while my practice serves all adults from many different backgrounds.
Over the past eight years, I have provided psychotherapy in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, specialized treatment settings, court-supervised programs, and private practice. Much of my clinical work has focused on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, healthier coping strategies, recovery, relationships, identity exploration and personal growth.
Whether you are carrying unresolved trauma, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, navigating a difficult relationship or transition, or questioning what comes next, therapy should do more than help you understand why you feel stuck.
My goal is to create a safe, direct, and supportive environment where we can turn insight into action, address what is getting in the way, and build practical strategies for moving toward the life you want to create.
I am here for you. I have extensive education, experience, and expertise in various fields of counseling, ministry, and human relations. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures in various settings, such as military bases, combat zones, hospitals, schools, embassies, consulates, and nonprofit homeless ministries. I taught Marriage & Family Therapy (Trauma, Grief, and Counseling Theory) at the graduate level and provide clinical supervision for Texas A&M-Central Texas.
I have a passion for helping individuals find healing, growth, and transformation in their lives. What typically surprises people is that I am the 11th of 13 children - all from the same parents. Growing up with so many siblings has given me a great opportunity to learn about family dynamics and effective discipline. My parents did a great job of maintaining a safe and well-behaved home, and I use their example as a template while also incorporating my own experience as a parent for working with families today.
As for my approach to therapy, I use several different theories depending on the need of the client; however, my primary mode is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It just fits my personality. If you are looking for a therapist who focuses solely on your emotions and how you're feeling on any given day, then I will not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a therapist who not only does all that but who will also listen to everything you say (as well as the meaning behind what you say) and then challenge your thinking habits to help you find more effective and productive thinking patterns, then I'm on board for that. I learned a long time ago that many clients do not want things "Sugar Coated", but rather prefer their therapist to be respectfully bold and blunt. If this is who you are looking for in a therapist, then let's get to work.

Hi, I'm Meagan, a Brazilian-American Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change. I work with teens and adults from all backgrounds, particularly those navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, difficulty establishing boundaries, and the emotional challenges that come with life’s transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, and honest. I want my clients to feel safe enough to bring their authentic selves into the room while also feeling supported in doing the sometimes uncomfortable work of growth. I believe you can be both compassionate toward yourself and accountable for the choices within your control.
I especially enjoy helping clients understand their patterns, develop new ways of thinking, build emotional resilience, and learn to tolerate difficult feelings without allowing those feelings to dictate their choices. Relationships are another area of particular interest to me, especially learning how to communicate needs, establish healthy boundaries, and maintain meaningful relationships without losing yourself in the process.
I take a holistic view of wellness, considering the mind, body, and spirit. For clients who are interested, I am also trained in spiritual integration. Above all, I want therapy to be a space where you can be real, challenged, encouraged, and reminded that change is possible.
I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning. I work with adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, grief, life changes, and relationship challenges... or just feeling stuck. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative — we’ll work together at your pace, using practical tools and genuine connection to help you move toward the life you want. If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together.
Hello, my name is Angie, and I would be honored to hear your story and experiences. As a social worker, I have a strong ability to connect with people and quickly build rapport. I have been working in the field for 12 years and have been a LICSW since 2021. I believe it's important to engage actively in therapy and put in the necessary effort to make changes that will help you reach your goals. I often use humor and seem to have the ability to make people feel like they are talking to a friend...albeit a friend that is very honest, sometimes sarcastic, can challenge you, accept you, fight for you, and sometimes make you mad. Thankfully, it's all part of the process of making sustainable changes!
I attended training to work specifically with law enforcement, veterans, and other first responders. I was an embedded social worker in a MN police department for 3 years.
I utilize different therapeutic modalities depending on your individual needs. Some examples include: Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I pride myself in delivering non-judgmental, empathetic, individualized services to ensure the therapy experience is created for you.
Everyone thinks you have it together.
You show up for work. You take care of your family. You handle what needs to be done. Yet underneath it all, you’re exhausted. You find yourself overthinking, worrying about everyone else, feeling disconnected from who you used to be, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it should.
Maybe you’ve spent so much time being strong for everyone else that you’ve forgotten what you need.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
For over 23 years, I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the overwhelming pressure of trying to hold everything together. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and help you reconnect with yourself so life feels more manageable and meaningful again.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. Sometimes it begins with one conversation and the decision to stop carrying everything alone.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in ADHD therapy for adults, couples, families, and college students across Florida and Wisconsin struggling with emotional exhaustion, unfinished tasks, relationship conflict, burnout, or chronic overwhelm. Many of the clients I work with have spent years feeling frustrated with not being able to consistently follow through, stay organized, manage emotions, or function at the level they know they are capable of.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time.
This foundation allows me to help clients address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping people better understand how ADHD affects emotions, relationships, and everyday life so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and build practical strategies that actually fit how your brain works.

I'm an LMHC licensed in Florida, and I've worked with children, adolescents, families, and (over the past three years) adults across homes, schools, outpatient settings, and social service agencies. I have particular experience with military connected families, blended families, and clients navigating ADHD, eating disorders, anxiety, mood and bipolar disorders, grief, and the kinds of life transitions that shake your sense of self. Working with clients to help them learn how to help themselves is my aim in counseling.

Hi, I'm Lauren, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
I am passionate about helping people understand and regulate their nervous systems. When stress, trauma, or difficult life experiences keep us in survival mode, it can impact our relationships, emotions, physical health, and overall quality of life. Together, we will explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations while building the tools needed to feel more grounded, balanced, and in control.
My approach is both collaborative and direct. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Hi, I am Georgia and I am of Caribbean heritage. I initally began my career in technical problem-solving in the fields of Environmental Science and Engineering, but my deeper calling was always in helping people navigate their own challenges. While working as an engineer, I served my church community as a lay counselor and intercessor, which sparked a growing passion for more meaningful, people-centered work. That calling led me to pursue a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I haven’t looked back since. Today, I serve as both a private practice clinician and a workplace mental health consultant and trainer. This work allows me to blend my analytical skills with a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing—and I truly feel I’ve found my purpose.
