You are seeking, that is what brought you here. Sometimes that may be a single event, a crisis, a trauma, or a series of events that have you weary. Life can bring us to a place where we need to do things differently and can't quite sort out what that looks like.
My experiences working with community mental health, private practice, trauma, crisis, and critical incidents have equipped me understand how difficult challenges can be for individuals and families.
My experience as a Social Worker provides the educational platform to help you explore all of the systems that influence your life.
I believe my kind yet practical approach to counseling offers an opportunity for hope and change.
Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and Florida. She has over 17 years of post graduate experience and has worked in a variety of settings such as inpatient, outpatient, private practice, school and correctional settings. Jennifer works with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting struggles and women's health concerns. She also has specialized training in Maternal Mental Health (Perinatal Mental Health, pre or postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD or for Maternal wellness and support).
Whether you are navigating obstacles or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to reconnect with what gives your life meaning. Jennifer believes every individual has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change when given the right support. Healing is not about becoming someone new—it is about reconnecting with the person you are beneath life's challenges. It is easy to lose touch with yourself while carrying the weight of stress, painful experiences, or life's many demands. Together, you will explore the challenges you are facing, honor your unique story and the choices available to you in the present. Rather than trying to eliminate every uncomfortable thought or emotion, we will make room for the full range of your human experience while exploring how you can respond in ways that align with your values, purpose and hopes for the future. Healing is not about avoiding suffering or having all the answers. It is about developing the courage to face life's uncertainties, embrace your freedom to choose your path and cultivate a life that feels authentic, connected, and meaningful.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in recurring patterns, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and create lasting change.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified Sex Therapist who believes every person deserves a space to show up fully — without judgment and without shame. I work with adults navigating the real and often messy parts of life — whether that is anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or questions around intimacy and identity they have never had a safe space to explore. My goal is simple — I want my clients to leave our work together knowing themselves more deeply, relating to others more authentically, and feeling more capable of the life they truly want.
Hello there I’m Johnny, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Miami, Florida. Outside of my work, I’m someone who loves to explore new places, try different foods, and spend time outdoors. Traveling gives me perspective and reminds me how much there is to learn from different people and cultures. I also enjoy cooking, scuba diving, and finding quiet moments near the ocean whenever I can.
I’ve always had a curious side—I’m fascinated by astronomy and love collecting action figures, con's, which is something that’s stuck with me since childhood. Those small interests keep me grounded and remind me to make space for the things that bring joy.
Family is important to me, I value humor, honesty, and connection, both in my personal life and in the relationships I build every day. I believe that who we are outside of our work matters just as much as what we do, and I try to live in a way that reflects that balance.
You DESERVE to Re-SET, To Re-FUEL, To Re-CHARGE. And then TAKE FLIGHT! Since entering the field of therapy I have learned to ascribe to the adage “all behavior has meaning.” Yes, ALL behavior. A deep curiosity for why we all act and think the way we do coupled with my own life’s challenges and experiences has led me to a place of compassion for not only my own life choices but compassion for others. Our thoughts lead to feelings, which leads to action. We are not always proud of our actions. As a woman, mother, wife, and veteran I know all too well the shame that comes with our personal choices and behaviors. I also know there is also a fear of JUDGEMENT when it comes to considering therapy. This is a no-judgement zone and if you are seeking a different feeling and action in your life then you have landed at the right place!

Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, intentional, and deeply personalized. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. I strive to help clients develop a healthier and more connected relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and supportive while still allowing space for deeper healing and growth.
Greetings, my name is Zekecia Bennett, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a Florida native with over fifteen years of experience in social work. I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of South Florida and my Master of Social Work from Walden University. I love the therapeutic process and have a strong desire to empower others by enhancing their well-being through psychotherapy.
Tosha S. Robbins has over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and military families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, emotion regulation, and family conflict. Tosha combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness while utilizing the individual’s strengths to help work through identified issues. It can be difficult to ask for help, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
You may appear to have everything together on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts, worry, and emotional exhaustion. Anxiety and overthinking can make it difficult to feel present, confident, or at ease, especially during periods of transition or uncertainty. Changes in relationships, career paths, personal identity, or daily responsibilities can leave you feeling stuck and emotionally depleted.
I support adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, and life transitions in developing healthier coping strategies, emotional awareness, and a stronger sense of balance. Together, we explore the patterns contributing to overwhelm while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear-minded, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.
Kindly note: At this time, I am currently accepting new clients for weekday appointments only, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Hi, I’m Stephanie—a therapist who helps overwhelmed parents of young children (ages 6 and under) feel calmer, more connected, and more confident in how they show up.
If you’re navigating the sleep-deprived, overstimulating, “why is my child melting down again?” years (been there!), or moving through a major life change and worried about how it’s impacting your child, you’re in the right place.
I specialize in the emotional side of early parenthood—helping parents understand both their child’s behavior and their own patterns, triggers, and emotional responses through a developmental, relationship-based lens. Many of the parents I work with come in feeling stretched thin—burnt out, reactive, guilty, overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they swore they’d break. If you’re feeling this way, you’re not alone—and it makes sense given how much you’re carrying. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, less reactive in hard moments, and more confident in how you respond to your child.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and I enjoy helping clients to see progress and make positive change. I strive to empower others to succeed in life and be the best they can be. I specialize in communication, helping couples understand their emotional patterns, express themselves more clearly, and rebuild connection during times of conflict or distance.
I also work with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in creating a space where clients can better understand themselves, process their emotions, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I have extensive experience supporting clients through grief and loss, including my work in hospice settings. I help individuals process the loss of a loved one in a way that feels honoring, supportive, and paced to their unique needs.
In addition, I specialize in postpartum support for individuals and couples adjusting to parenthood. This includes emotional support around birth experiences, changes in identity and family roles, and the mental and emotional aspects of lactation and early parenthood.

Hello, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent many years supporting people through grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and uncertainty.
In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying.
You do not need to be “creative” to work with me. Expressive and reflective tools are used gently and always at your comfort level. I believe healing begins with being seen, understood, and supported—rather than being rushed to fix or change yourself. If you choose to have sessions with me, you will be truly seen.
My name is Monica, I am a Licensed Social Worker and I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is a vital part of the healing process. I provide a safe, supportive space where real growth and transformation can happen. I enjoy helping adults to deepen their self-understanding, release old patterns, and build more fulfilling relationships through compassion and curiosity.
I provide compassionate, high-quality care grounded in respect, clinical knowledge, and a deep understanding of trauma. Many individuals face emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, or anger that interfere with daily functioning — often rooted in unresolved trauma or chronic stress. My goal is to support you or your loved ones in improving your quality of life and emotional well-being.
I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy when appropriate. EMDR can be a powerful tool for healing PTSD and does not require ongoing therapy outside of EMDR sessions unless desired.
I strive to make therapy approachable and comfortable, offering a calm, welcoming space where clients feel seen and supported. Whether you’re navigating life stressors, recovering from trauma, or just need someone to talk to — I’m here to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor based in Florida. I received my Master's degree in Counselor Education with a Concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. I have been practicing for just over two years and my primary experience has been working with adults who live with substance use combined with mental health disorders. Prior to working as a therapist, I worked in behavioral health for various in/outpatient treatment centers. I have also recently began working with adolescents who are navigating behavioral issues.
I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand it's effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves. I had a natural curiosity to understand the world, how people think, and what drives human behavior. I also believe in the power of connectedness. All these things came together and pushed me to pursue my graduate degree in counseling. My experiences early on taught me that no one is perfect, we all struggle, and we all deserve grace. I am here to tell you that your story doesn't have to end where it is now. I aim to show that we are all resilient and have the ability to overcome challenges.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with roughly 5 years of experience in community, outpatient, and inpatient settings. Originally from Ohio, I moved to Florida in 2022 and have first hand experience with major life transitions and tricky developmental lifecycle changes that I use in my practice to guide my work and perspective to help my clients. I work with individuals, couples, and families to overcome tricky and uncomfortable patterns and learn new ways to tap into their full potential, while challenging the narratives and beliefs that lead to unhealthy cycles.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I am originally from Philadelphia , PA, so I have come to enjoy Florida’s climate. I came to Florida via the military. I am retired military and after serving for twenty-four years, I felt compelled to redirect my life toward caring for others in a more personal and meaningful way. I decided that clinical therapy would best tie into my natural and learned abilities as well as my desire to help people. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University Of Southern California with a primary focus in Children, Youth, and Families. I chose this focus because I believe every aspect of the family is important from the individual to the couple and family with children, and in many cases, the extended family. I am EMDR trained. I am also certified to work with all anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience working with neurotypical and neurodivergent clients living with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
